Abstract
The present invention provides a powder dispenser that can dispense powder powders more easily and quickly, by dispensing powder powders at a time by a simple method of inserting a dispensing rod into a receiver, and dispensing the dispensed powders directly into the dispenser through a dispensing tube .
The powder dispenser of the present invention comprises: a receptacle in which a receiving space for containing powdered medicine is formed; And an operation body having a distribution bar formed of a plurality of diaphragms at one end thereof for distributing the powdered powder contained in the accommodation space when inserted into the accommodation space and a distribution pipe for injecting the dispersed powdered medicine into the drug papers at the other end thereof .
Description
The present invention relates to a powder dispenser capable of dispensing powdered medicines prepared in a pharmacy or the like in the same amount and putting them into several packing pills.
Generally, in a pharmacy, a drug prepared by pulverizing a prepared medicine is dispensed to the patient so that the patient can take the medicine one time, and is packaged in a package made of a unit package having a predetermined number of sheets.
In the beginning, the pharmacist injected the pills directly into the mortar, then crushed the pills with mortar, and after the pills were crushed with the powder, they were dispensed with a spoon and dispensed.
However, such a distribution method has a problem that it takes a long time, a non-uniform distribution of the minestrants, and a part of it flows out to the outside.
In recent years, a separate powder dispenser has been used to work with powdered medicines to make it easier to put them into a pouch.
Among conventional powder dispensers, centrifugal force is used. This apparatus requires a bulky and large space, is expensive, and takes a long time to work, making it difficult to make it universal.
In addition, the conventional powder dispenser has a plate-like distribution member releasably coupled to the blocking portion, and a blocking member slidably moved inwardly of the hopper portion having a reverse groove formed therein, And then the powder is poured into the pouch, thereby uniformly distributing the prepared powder.
However, such a powder dispenser also has a limitation in shortening the working time since the dispensing member must be repeatedly attached and detached when powdery medicines are to be dispensed to several pills.
The present invention solves the above problems by providing a simple method of inserting a dispensing rod into a receiver at one time and dispensing the dispensed powder directly through a dispensing tube into a medicine pouch, And to provide a powder dispenser capable of reducing the cost.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a powder dispenser comprising: a cylindrical receptacle having a receptacle space for containing powdered medicine; And an operating body having a plurality of diaphragms at one end thereof for distributing the powdered medicines contained in the accommodation space and a distribution rod having a passage formed therein and a plurality of distribution tubes for injecting powdered medicines dispensed at the other end into the drug papers.
The operating body may be configured such that the diaphragm is radially protruded with respect to a center line concentric with the receiving space, and the passage is formed between the diaphragms to distribute the powders to the distribution pipe have.
A first fastening portion is formed at one end of the receptacle along a circumference of the receptacle, and a second fastening portion is formed in the operating body to engage with the first fastening portion when inserted into the receptacle.
The powder dispenser of the present invention as described above has the following effects.
By simply dispensing the powder by a simple method of inserting the dispensing rod into the receiver, and putting the powder dispensed by the simple operation of reversing it directly into the medicine paper through the dispensing tube, it is possible to divide the powder into the medicine paper easily and quickly. And the cost is reduced.
By forming the receiving portion at the other end of the receptor, it is possible to prevent the receptor from being easily conducted at the time of work, thereby improving the safety.
By forming the distribution pipes so as to be spaced apart from each other, an effect of facilitating the operation when detaching the medicine papers to the distribution pipe is generated.
The second fastening portion engaging with the first fastening portion is formed between the distribution rod and the distribution pipe, thereby enhancing the airtightness between the receiver and the operating body, and minimizing the outflow of the powder to the outside.
