상기 걸이부는 일단을 통해 상호 연결된 상태에서 타단 사이가 서로 예각을 이루도록 벌어진 한 쌍의 편부를 포함하되, 한 쌍의 상기 편부는 상기 제2막대부의 중심축선의 연장선이 중앙을 지나도록 상기 제2막대부 끝단에 양측으로 상호 대칭을 이루도록 배치되며,
한 쌍의 상기 편부 사이가 상기 제1막대부 일측을 향하도록 한 상태에서 상기 제1막대부에 대한 상기 제2막대부의 각도와, 상기 제2막대부에 대한 상기 걸이부의 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 상기 제1 및 제2막대부 사이와, 상기 제2막대부와 상기 걸이부 사이는 각각 굴절 가능하게 연결되고,
