길이가 같은 상기 인조속눈썹들을 상기 접착층에 부착한 상태에서 절단기로 상기 인조속눈썹과 상기 고정패널의 하부를 물결형상으로 절단하여 상기 홈부를 형성함과 아울러 인조속눈썹들의 길이를 다르게 형성시킬 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조속눈썹 구조.
