Abstract
A wiper blade recycling apparatus according to the present invention includes: a body block having a rectangular plate shape and accommodating a wiper blade; A cutting groove formed in one side of the body block and passing through the wiper blade, the cutting groove having the same shape as a cross section of the wiper blade and passing through the wiper blade; A cutter installed on a bottom surface of the cutting groove and cutting an end of a wiper blade passing in a lateral direction along the cutting groove; And a polishing groove formed on an opposite surface of the cutting groove and formed in the same shape as the cutting groove to process a side surface portion of the wiper blade.
According to such a wiper blade recycling apparatus according to the present invention, it is possible to use the wiper blade having a strong one-time function several times, thereby reducing the replacement cost.
Description
The present invention relates to a wiper blade regenerating apparatus, and more particularly, to a wiper blade regenerating apparatus having a processing means capable of cutting or abrading a wiped wiper blade so that the wiper blade can be reused.
Generally, a wiper used in a vehicle is a means for securing a front view, and is installed on the outside of a windshield glass of a vehicle to wipe off the surface rain, snow, or foreign matter to secure a driver's view.
Conventional wiper blades can not function properly if leaves, worms, and other foreign substances are stuck on the part that is in contact with the windshield glass, which interferes with securing the visibility of the driver. Also, because the blade is worn for a long time, There is a problem that the function is not completed.

In the present invention, cutting blades and polishing grooves are provided on both sides of the wiper assembly so as to allow the blades mounted on the wiper blade to pass in the longitudinal direction, and separate body blocks for cutting, polishing, and the like are provided. Therefore, anyone can easily use the wiper blade because the wiper blade can be processed without being separated from the wiper assembly.
Further, a cutter provided on the inner side of the cutting groove and a polishing pad provided on the inner side of the polishing groove are detachably provided. Therefore, it is easy to replace the abraded cutter and the abrasive paper, so that it is possible to maintain the optimum state so that the wiper blade can be processed accurately and finely and uniformly in angle and shape.
