Abstract
A chemical liquid injecting apparatus is disclosed. The chemical liquid injecting apparatus includes a wire member installed along an internal space of an installation place, a chemical liquid transfer line fixed to the wire member and passing through a plurality of discharge holes along the longitudinal direction, the chemical liquid transfer line, And a chemical liquid injection nozzle fixed to the chemical liquid transfer line so as to communicate with each other.
Description
The present invention relates to a chemical liquid injector capable of effectively spraying a chemical liquid for controlling crops.
Generally, as a variety of crops are grown in a greenhouse, the pesticide application apparatuses are spreading in order to efficiently spray the pesticide for control in accordance with the type and size of the crop.
As such an agricultural chemical spraying apparatus, a ceiling rail type sprayer is used. The ceiling rail type sprayer is configured to move down the pipe rail located on the ceiling of the house while spraying the nozzles downwardly installed on the crossbars located on both sides.
However, since the sprayer is sprayed while moving along the pipe rail, spraying of the pesticide is carried out only in the downward direction of the crop, and the pesticide is not sprayed evenly on the crop. Further, when a failure such as clogging of the injection nozzle occurs, it is difficult to confirm the occurrence of the failure quickly, and the efficiency of the control work is deteriorated.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a chemical liquid injecting apparatus capable of effectively spraying a chemical liquid for a crop control work on a crop.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for supplying a chemical solution, comprising: a wire member installed along an internal space of an installation site; a chemical solution transfer line fixed to the wire member and passing through a plurality of discharge holes along a longitudinal direction, And a chemical liquid injection nozzle fixed to the chemical liquid transfer line to communicate with the discharge hole.
The chemical liquid transfer line can be fixed to the wire member by a bracket member.
The bracket member may include an insertion portion into which the wire member is inserted and a fixed body which is connected to one side of the insertion portion and fixed to the drug solution transfer line.
The chemical liquid injection nozzle comprises a clamping part fixed to the discharge hole position of the chemical liquid transfer line, a jet body in which a chemical liquid flow path communicating with the discharge hole at the position of the clamping part is formed therein, And a nozzle unit for supplying and discharging the chemical liquid through the flow path.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of chemical liquid spray nozzles are provided at equal intervals in the installation place of a vinyl house or the like, and the nozzle portion is installed at a predetermined angle in the direction of the crop. In addition, since the chemical liquid injection nozzle is detachably fixed by the clamping part in the process of being fixed to the chemical liquid transfer line, the nozzle part is stably connected to the discharge hole of the chemical liquid transfer line, and the chemical liquid injection efficiency can be improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a rotation motor for rotating the injection body may be installed between the injection body of the chemical liquid injection nozzle and the clamping part. Therefore, it is possible for the operator to appropriately set the rotation angle of the nozzle portion, and it is possible to appropriately adjust the degree of spraying of the chemical liquid depending on the kind of the crop. Thus, the cultivation efficiency of the crop can be improved.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, an operator is alerted to an operation error state such as a nozzle part clogged and the injection action of the chemical liquid is not smooth or a chemical liquid is leaked from the chemical liquid transfer line, so that a quick trouble- It is possible. Therefore, the chemical solution is effectively sprayed onto the crop, and the crop cultivation efficiency can be improved by the effective control work.
