이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
수직틀(40)은 복수로 구성되며 일정 간격으로 배치되어 지면을 지지한다.
제1지지틀(10)은 장변측을 구성하며 다수로 구성된 제3지지틀(30)의 양측 단부가 내측면에 용접 고정되어 일체화하여 상부에 위치하는 매트리스의 일면을 지지한다.
한편 제1지지틀(10)의 양측 단부에 제1결합부(11)가 돌출되어 형성되어 있어 제2결합부(41)와 끼움결합을 통해 착탈 가능하며 일체화 되어있는 제1지지틀(10)과 제3지지틀(30)이 수직틀(40)에 분리 및 고정 되도록 한다.
제1결합부(11)는 하부로 돌출된 제1결합돌기(12)와 제2결합돌기(13) 및 그사이에 형성된 제3결합홈(14)을 포함하며 제1결합돌기(12)와 제2결합돌기(13)는 제2결합부(41)에 포함된 제1결합홈(42)과 제2결합홈(43)에 각각 끼움 결합되고 제1결합돌기(12)와 제2결합돌기(13)의 사이에 형성된 제3결합홈(14)은 제2결합부(41)에 포함된 제3결합돌기(44)에 끼움 결합된다.
한편 제2결합부(41)는 하부로 홈이 형성된 제1결합홈(42)과 제2결합홈(43) 및 그 사이에 형성된 제3결합돌기(44)를 포함하며 제1결합홈(42)과 제2결합홈(43)은 제1결합부(11)에 포함된 제1결합돌기(12)와 제2결합돌기(13)에 각각 끼움 결합되고 제1결합홈(42)과 제2결합홈(43)의 사이에 형성된 제3결합돌기(44)는 제1결합부(11)에 포함된 제3결합홈(14)에 끼움 결합된다.
수직틀(40)은 일측면에 제2결합부(41)가 지면과 일정 거리 이격되어 외측으로 돌출되어 형성되 있으며 내측면에 제2지지틀(20)의 양측 단부가 용접 고정되어 일체화 되어있다.
판재고정부(46)는 수직측(40)에 형성된 제2결합부(41)와 동일한 면에 형성되어 일측이 절곡 단부의 타측과 직교되게 결합되고 끼움 결합되는 제1지지틀(10)의 일측면을 지지하여 이탈을 방지하며 판재가 볼트 결합 할 수 있는 다수의 구멍을 포함 하고 있어 판재고정부(46)의 플레이트에 결합된 판재로 인해 매트리스를 고정한다.
헤드보드고정부(45)는 수직틀(40)에 형성된 제2지지틀(20)보다 상부에 형성되고 헤드보드(미도시)가 체결될 수 있도록 다수의 구멍이 포함되어 사용자의 머리 및 다리의 외부 돌출을 막는다.
