Description

[0001] EXHAUST DEVICE FOR SHIP [0002]

The present invention relates to a marine exhaust system, and more particularly, to a marine exhaust system in which an end portion of an exhaust pipe is changed to an elbow shape to prevent main equipment installed in the marine vessel from being damaged from exhaust gas.

In general, ships use fuel to use main engines, generator engines, boilers, incinerators, etc., and the exhaust gas generated by the use of these fuels is exhausted through the exhaust pipe.

At this time, since the exhaust gas has a high temperature and contains harmful components, there is a problem that navigation communication equipment located adjacent to the exhaust pipe is damaged by heat or soot of the exhaust gas.

A prior art document related to the present invention is Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-2012-0002993 (published on May 03, 2012), which discloses an exhaust pipe having a drainage structure.

The present invention provides a marine exhaust system in which an end portion of an exhaust pipe provided in a marine vessel is changed to an elbow shape to prevent main equipment installed in the marine vessel from being damaged from the exhaust gas.

The present invention relates to an exhaust system for a ship, which comprises an exhaust pipe provided in a ship, and an el arch which is provided at an end portion of the exhaust pipe in a bent shape, .

The discharge end of the el arch is vertical with respect to the bottom surface of the ship.

The el arch has a discharge tube inside the discharge end, an outer circumferential surface of the discharge tube corresponds to an inner circumferential surface of the el arch, and the discharge tube is extendable at the discharge end of the el arch.

The discharge pipe is provided inside the discharge end of the el-storage, and has a folding structure.

Meanwhile, the ship exhaust system according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a control unit connected to the El storage and discharge pipe to control the length of the discharge pipe, the height of the El storage, and the adjustment of the left and right rotation.

According to the present invention, there is provided an elbow-shaped El storage at the end of an exhaust pipe for discharging exhaust gas, thereby preventing the main equipment installed in the ship from being damaged from the exhaust gas.

Accordingly, the storage of the elec- tricity can lead the exhaust gas discharged to the outboard side in the stern direction.

In addition, the present invention allows the direction of the exhaust gas to be freely changed by adjusting the height and rotation of the el arch.

The advantages and features of the present invention are not limited to the embodiments described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but may be embodied in various forms and may be embodied in many other forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. And the present invention is only defined by the scope of the claims.

Further, in the description of the present invention, if it is judged that related art or the like may obscure the gist of the present invention, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

Fig. 1 is a plan view schematically showing a ship equipped with a conventional exhaust pipe, and Figs. 2 to 3 are enlarged views of A shown in Fig. 1. Fig.

1 to 3, the ship 1 uses fuel to use a main engine, a generator engine, a boiler, an incinerator, and the like.

At this time, the exhaust gas G generated by the use of the fuel in the ship 1 is exhausted outboard through the exhaust pipe 10.

As shown in FIG. 2, a conventional conventional exhaust pipe 10 is formed in the form of a straight pipe having an open top. This exhaust pipe 10 leads the exhaust gas G in an upward direction.

However, due to the structure and the direction of the conventional exhaust pipe 10, the exhaust gas G can be guided to the navigation communication equipment 30. [

Since the exhaust gas G has a high temperature and contains a harmful component, the navigation communication equipment 30 located adjacent to the exhaust pipe 10 is damaged by the heat of the exhaust gas G or soot.

In order to prevent this, the exhaust pipe 10 is generally installed at a distance from the navigation communication equipment 30.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the shape of the conventional exhaust pipe 10 was changed to be inclined to some extent to prevent the exhaust gas G from being introduced into the navigation communication equipment 30. FIG.

However, the distance between the exhaust pipe 10 and the navigation communication equipment 30 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is a temporary measure only to prevent the exhaust gas G from being introduced into the navigation communication equipment 30 .

Particularly, since the shape of the exhaust pipes 10 and 20 shown in Figs. 2 and 3 is formed in an open top shape, the rainwater flows into the exhaust pipes 10 and 20 through the exhaust pipes 10 and 20 at the time of rainy I could.

This may cause corrosion of the exhaust pipes 10 and 20, and further cause a failure due to a shortening of the service life of the device.

Further, when the exhaust gas G discharged from the exhaust pipes 10 and 20 is guided in the forward direction rather than in the stern direction, there is a possibility that problems such as failure and contamination in the residence area, the navigation equipment 30, .

FIG. 4 is a plan view schematically showing a ship equipped with a ship exhaust system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of B shown in FIG.

4 and 5, a marine exhaust system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an exhaust pipe 110 and an El storage 120.

The exhaust pipe 110 is connected to a main engine or the like in the ship and has a function of discharging the exhaust gas G generated by the use of the fuel outboard.

The storage unit 120 is provided at an end portion of the exhaust pipe 110 so as to be curved so as to guide the exhaust gas G discharged outboard of the exhaust pipe 110 in the stern direction.

At this time, the El storage 120 is not opened at the top but opened at the side. Here, the discharge end 121 of the El storage 120 is preferably at a vertical angle with respect to the bottom surface of the ship 1.

Accordingly, there is no fear that rainwater will enter the elec- tric storage unit 120 during rainy weather, and the exhaust end is positioned in the stern direction. Therefore, the possibility that the exhaust gas G is directed to the adjacent navigation communication equipment 30 is inevitably lowered.

FIG. 6 is an operational diagram showing an operating relationship between the configurations of the exhaust system for a ship according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG.

Referring to FIG. 6, in the exhaust system for a ship according to an embodiment DP of the present invention, the El storage 120 is provided at an end portion of the exhaust pipe in a curved shape. Accordingly, the El storage 120 can direct the exhaust gas discharged to the outside of the ship in the stern direction.

At this time, the discharge end of the El storage 120 has a vertical angle (a) with respect to the bottom surface of the ship.

The el-storage 120 may have a discharge pipe 122 inside the discharge end.

The outer circumferential surface of the discharge tube 122 corresponds to the inner circumferential surface of the el arch 120. In addition, the discharge pipe 122 has a structure capable of extending at a discharge end of the el-storage 120.

That is, as shown in the drawing, the discharge pipe 122 is provided inside the discharge end portion of the el arch 120 and has a folding structure, so that it can be extended at the discharge end of the el arch 120.

In this case, the ship exhaust system according to one embodiment of the present invention is connected to the El storage 120 and the discharge pipe 122 to control the length of the discharge pipe 122, the height of the El storage 120, And a control unit 130 for controlling the adjustment.

At this time, the ship exhaust system according to one embodiment of the present invention is designed not to be in conflict with the radar network of the adjacent navigation communication equipment, and is capable of discharging the exhaust gas to the outboard side in a stern direction in consideration of mixing management.

As described above, the exhaust system for a ship according to the present invention is provided with an elbow-shaped El storage at the end of an exhaust pipe for exhausting the exhaust gas, so that the main equipment installed in the ship can be prevented from being damaged from the exhaust gas.

As a result, in the present invention, the exhaust gas discharged to the outside of the ship can be guided in the stern direction.

In addition, the present invention allows the direction of the exhaust gas to be freely changed by adjusting the height and rotation of the el arch.

As described above, the exhaust system for a ship according to one embodiment of the present invention has been described.
