원통형 또는 다각형통 형상으로 이루어지며, 내부에 화장용액을 담을 수 있는 공간부를 형성하여 이루어지며, 상부에는 외측에 나사산을 형성한 캡이 구성하여 이루어지는 화장액 저장용기(10)와;
상기 화장액 저장용기의 상부를 통해 결합되는 것으로 상기 화장액 저장용기(10)에 결합되도록 내측에 나사산을 형성하여 이루어지며, 내측에 공기가 입출되는 공간부가 형성되어 이루어지는 스포이드 몸체(20)와;
상기 스포이드 몸체(20)의 하부 중앙에 결합되며 원통형 형상으로 이루어지고, 그 내부에 공간부가 형성되어 화장용액을 내측에 임시저장하거나 외부로 토출시키는 화장액 저장용 배관(30)과;
상기 스포이드 몸체(20)의 상부에 설치되며, 연질의 고무재질로 이루어져 압착 및 복원이 가능하고, 압착후 복원에 의해서 화장액 저장용 배관(30)으로 화장용액이 흡입되도록하고, 재압착에 의해서 화장액 저장용 배관(30)에 담긴 화장용액이 외부로 토출되도록 유도하는 압착튜브(40)와;
상기 화장액 저장용 배관(30)의 맨 하부에 결합용 핀(52)으로 스포이드 몸체(20)에 구형볼(51)을 조립하여 이루어지며, 상기 구형볼(51)의 표면에 뭍으면서 화장액이 토출되도록 하는 화장액 토출 조절수단(50)을 포함하여 구성하되,
