바른 자세로 누웠을 때 후두부와 경추 부위를 받칠 수 있도록 상면 중간에 중간받침부가 반원통의 터널 형태로 마련됨으로써 가운데 부분이 낮고 양측 상면이 높은 형태로 되어 있으며,

상기 목부 지압돌기는 풍지혈 내지 천주혈에 자극을 주기 위한 것으로서, 일정한 간격으로 상방향을 향해 돌출 형성된 반구형 돌기 형태이며;
상기 후두부 통기공은 기다한 홈의 형태로서 베개의 좌우 길이방향에 대하여 직각을 이루는 방향으로 복수 개가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지압베개.
