The bus bar of a conventional distribution board is a wiring structure using a bolt nut. More specifically, conventionally, in a distribution board, a plurality of holes or screw tabs are formed in a bus bar, and a compression terminal (or a terminal, a connector pin, etc.) fastened to the wiring is inserted into a hole of a bus bar or a screw tap with a bolt and a nut The bar and the crimping terminal are connected to each other by the required number of lines, and electricity is supplied by dividing a plurality of wires into necessary portions.
However, according to the related art, a contact resistance is generated between the crimping terminal connected to the wiring and the wiring, which causes heat loss and electric loss. In addition, since the crimping terminal and the bus bar are fastened with bolts and nuts, which are separate parts, there is a problem that double loss due to heat loss and electric loss occurs. In addition, when the operator fastens the bolt and nut, it is often possible to make a mistake of dropping the bolt or nut in the distribution board, which may cause internal circuit short-circuit and fire.
Therefore, it is an important problem to provide an apparatus for fastening bus bars and wires without using separate parts such as a crimp terminal, a bolt, and a nut, which are disadvantages of the prior art, in a single product.
The object of the present invention is to provide an integrated wiring board integrated with a terminal board capable of reducing electrical resistance by fastening the wiring itself to the bus bar without using a crimping terminal or a screw tap.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a fastening assembly for a terminal board integrated with a fastening member for fastening a wiring to a clamp, so that the fastening member can be detached and the wiring can be stably fastened without electric short- will be.
