Description

{Duct For Arraying Wires}

The present invention relates to a duct for a wire, more particularly, to a duct for wiring in an automation equipment of an industrial field, in which wires having different signal types are separated from each other to prevent signal interference, .

In the industrial field, various kinds of automation equipments are installed, and the automation equipments perform the given tasks continuously while transferring the objects to be supplied. A variety of detailed devices are attached along the transfer line of the object, to which power and control commands must be communicated. The power is usually transmitted through a power line through which an alternating current flows, and the control command is transmitted through a control line through which a normally direct current flows. If multiple devices are installed, many wires should be routed along the line, which are connected to the target device through a guiding device called a duct in the form of a bundle.

Conventional ducts have a cross-sectional shape of "C" so that control lines as well as power lines are mixed. However, an electric field or a magnetic field is generated around the power line due to the current flowing through the electric line. In some cases, the control signal flowing along the control line is interfered by the electric field or the magnetic field. Interference of these signals causes malfunction of machinery, resulting in product failure and equipment failure.

Korean Patent Application No. 10-2006-0036302 discloses a wire protecting member, which does not solve the problem of the present invention and still has a problem in the past.

The object of the present invention is to provide a wiring method for preventing interference of signals between a power line and a control line supplied to an automation equipment installed in an industrial site. It is another object of the present invention to provide a wiring duct which improves a conventional duct and allows the power line and the control line to be physically separated and wired.

The above object is achieved by a floor panel comprising: a side plate installed at right angles to both edges of the bottom plate and having a plurality of wire insertion holes; Sectional shape including a separating plate arranged in a direction perpendicular to the center of the bottom plate so as to divide a space formed by the bottom plate and the side plate into a shape of "ㅌ".

According to a feature of the present invention, when the bottom plate is vertically installed on the ground by integrally arranging the anti-spill plate on the upper end of the spacing plate at right angles to the spacing plate, the electric wire laid on the spacer plate flows outward It is possible to prevent it from being emitted.

According to a feature of the present invention, the electric bottom plate, the side plate and the spacing plate can be integrally formed by extrusion or drawing.

According to the above configuration, the first and second spaces separated physically by the spacing plates are provided, so that the power lines and the signal lines can be connected to the device in a spatially separated state, I will not receive it. Therefore, there is no malfunction of the equipment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Other drawings are to be quoted where necessary.

A duct for a wire (hereinafter referred to simply as a "duct") of the present invention is provided in a unit length of 1 m, 2 m, or 3 m, and may be cut to a required length or used additionally. Ducts are generally made of thin synthetic resin, so they can be easily cut and used. The duct has the same cross-sectional shape along its longitudinal direction as the section steel. Therefore, it is formed by drawing or extruding and then processed.

The duct includes a bottom plate (1), a side plate (3), and a spacing plate (5). The standard of the duct, that is, the width W of the bottom plate 1, the height H of the side plate 3, and the like can be variously provided.

The side plate 3 is installed at right angles to both edges of the bottom plate and has a plurality of wire insertion holes 7 formed in the longitudinal direction thereof. It is preferable that the electric wire insertion hole 7 is provided so as to be able to insert or withdraw the electric wire from an arbitrary position in the duct. According to the drawings, the wire insertion hole 7 is vertically long and rectangular, but is not limited thereto and may be variously changed. The wire fitting hole 7 can be provided by punching using a press and a metal mold.

The essence of the present invention is that it includes a separating plate 5 installed at a right angle to the center of the bottom plate 7 so as to divide the space formed by the bottom plate 1 and the side plate 3. As a result, the duct becomes "ㅌ" in cross section. The separating plate 5 may be formed by separately forming the bottom plate 1 and the side plate 3 and then bonding them to the center of the bottom plate 1. However, considering the manufacturing cost, (1) and the side plate (3).

According to the embodiment of the present invention, the separating plate 5 is lower in height than the side plate 5, and the flushing plate 9 can be installed at a perpendicular direction to the separating plate 5 at the upper end. The spacing plate 5 may also be provided with a wire passage hole 7 'in the same manner as the side plate 3.

In the bottom plate 1, the hook holes 11 (see FIG. 3) are perforated at regular intervals so as to be used for fixing the duct to the wall, and the hook holes 11 may have various shapes.

According to this configuration, the duct has the first and second wiring spaces S1 and S2 separated from each other by the spacing plate 5. As a result, the possibility that the other kinds of wires L1 and L2 installed in the separated state in the first and second wiring spaces S1 and S2 interfere with each other is significantly reduced.

On the other hand, the cover plate 13 (see Fig. 5) can be installed so as to cover the first and second spaces by the side plates in parallel with the bottom plate 1. [ For this purpose, a latching jaw 15 may be provided at the upper end of the side plate 3. [ Since the duct has such a rigidity that it can be bent by the hand, the duct can be coupled to the side plate 3 as shown in FIG. 5 when the cover plate 13 is instantaneously engaged and joined. The cover plate 13 is shown as an optional component only in the use state diagram of Fig.

5 shows a state in which the duct is vertically fixed to the wall K as a state diagram of use according to the embodiment of the present invention. In such a case, the gap between the wires L1 and L2 is further increased, so that the possibility of interference is further reduced. It can be seen that the spill prevention plate 9 can prevent the electric wire L1 in the first space S1 from flowing down.

Hereinafter, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. According to the present embodiment, it is different from the previous embodiment that the spacing plate 5 is provided in two layers so that the spacing space S3 is provided. In this embodiment, the distance between the first and second spaces S1 and S2 is further increased. The manufacturing method is the same as in the above embodiment, so it is omitted. Since the spacing plate 5 has a two-layer structure, the duct will be more advantageous in terms of stiffness.

The configuration shown and described above is merely a preferred embodiment based on the technical idea of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. Each of the detailed components described above may be combined in any number of ways according to the convenience of the user, and these combinations are also included within the scope of the present invention.

1: bottom plate 3: side plate
5: Spacer plate 7, 7 ': Wire through hole
9: spill prevention plate 11: hanger ball
13: cover plate 15:
S1, S2: first and second wiring spaces S3: spacing space
