Description

지방흡입용 캐뉼러 { Cannula for Liposuction} Liposuction Cannula {Cannula for Liposuction}

The present invention relates to a liposuction cannula, and more particularly, to easily separate the subcutaneous fat from the epidermal layer and adjust the entry direction of the cannula to the cannula mounted at the tip of the liposuction unit constituting the liposuction and injection device. New features have been added.

Liposuction is a plastic surgery that removes the subcutaneous fat layer that causes obesity and body odor. Such a plastic surgery can remove the fat of the area which is difficult to remove by exercise or diet as needed in a short time.

Because exercise and dietary methods only reduce the size of fat cells, it is difficult to suppress the recovery of fat layers in the future, but liposuction reduces the number of fat tax tables.

Liposuction usually involves the insertion of a cannula, a thin tube, into the subcutaneous fat layer, separating the epidermis and subcutaneous fat layer, and injecting a lipolytic agent through the cannula into the injector. If the fat is dissolved after a suitable time, the inhaled fat is sucked through the cannula with an inhaler.

Typically the tip of the cannula is rounded to minimize entry resistance and one or several openings are formed around the suction tube to facilitate dissolution and liposuction.

As a related art, utility model registration No. 400916 uses a transparent material to easily check the inhalation state of fat, but the structure is rounded at the tip and a suction port is formed at one side, and utility model registration No. 386228 communicates the suction hole from side to side. Patent No. 713008 is a spiral formed around the cannula in a suction passage, Utility Model Registration No. 408602 can be seen that the suction hole is formed on the cannula tip and one side respectively.

Conventional liposuction cannula has a simple rounded structure of the tip, so that it is difficult to separate the skin and the fat layer before injecting a lipolytic agent. In other words, it is difficult for the operator to move the cannula in the desired direction, and since the fat layer is not easily separated from the skin, it is not easy to inject fat dissolving agent and takes a long time to dissolve fat. Therefore, the procedure is difficult and the operation time is long, leaving a huge burden on the operator and the patient.

It is a technical problem to be solved by the present invention to improve the cannula directionality and fat layer separation function.

The configuration of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the conventional cannula consisting of the suction pipe 10, the hub 20, the handle 30, the heat pipe 40, the inclined portion 11 is formed at the tip of the suction pipe 10, The suction port 14 is drilled on the upper surface, and the U-shaped cutting parts 15 and 16 are formed on the tip of the inclined portion 11.

Inlet 14 is preferably in the form of a long hole. The suction port 14 communicates with the hollow portion 13 of the body portion 12.

The present invention is because the inclined portion is formed on the tip of the cannula body portion and the U-shaped cutting portion is formed on the inclined portion, it is very easy to enter into the body and can easily separate the skin and subcutaneous fat. In addition, due to the structure of the U-shaped cutting portion, the operator can enter the desired direction can shorten the operation time has the advantage of minimizing the pain of the patient.

The hub 20 of the cannula of the present invention is coupled to the handle 30 and the connection tube 40 formed at the rear end of the handle 30 is combined with an inhaler for injecting a dissolving agent or inhaling the dissolved fat.

Body portion 12 is a 0.5mm thick and the outer diameter of the metal tube of about 3mm. The inclined portion 11 is formed at the tip of the body portion, and the suction port 14 is perforated on the upper surface of the inclined portion 11. The inlet 14 is in the form of a long hole, which is intended to maximize the suction capacity of the inlet 14 because the diameter of the body 12 is very small.

The core of the present invention is the U-shaped cutting portion 15, 16 formed on the tip of the inclined portion (11). The U-shaped cutting portions 15 and 16 are formed on the top and bottom surfaces of the inclined portion 11, but may be formed only on the top surface.

U-shaped cutting portion 15, 16 is a U-shaped entry portion is smooth because the direction when the operator pushed in the desired direction. The reason becomes clear when the conventional cannula is inverted.

The operator inserts the body part 12 of the cannula into the subcutaneous part of the body to separate the skin and the subcutaneous fat while retreating forward in the desired direction, and also secure a space in which the lipolytic agent can be injected. Then, a separate injector is mounted on the connection pipe 40 to inject the fat dissolving agent into the inlet 14 through the hollow part 13.

After a predetermined time elapses, the subcutaneous fat is sufficiently dissolved. At this time, a separate inhaler is attached to the connection pipe 40 to suck out the subcutaneous fat dissolved in the inlet 14.
