Description

Waterproof flashlight

The present invention relates to a waterproof flashlight, and more particularly, to a waterproof flashlight that can provide a reliable waterproof function as a simple and efficient structure, as well as to prevent corrosion to the stopping structure.

Waterproof flashlights are battery-powered portable flashlights that are small enough to hold in one hand.

It is often called a lantern, but the original meaning of the lantern refers to a candle, which is a lighting device to illuminate the inside of the tent. Therefore, the flashlight and the lantern can be distinguished.

On the other hand, in the past, incandescent bulbs have been used for flashlights, but light efficiency such as light intensity and light intensity is low, and in recent years, incandescent bulbs have been replaced with LEDs.

Among the LEDs, the flashlight to which a high efficiency LED is applied as a light source has a very high light efficiency, such as light quantity and light intensity, despite having a small size that can be wound around with one hand. Therefore, its utilization is gradually increasing.

However, such flashlights are very vulnerable to waterproofing because most of them are used in dark homes, illuminating roads at dark nights, or at night.

In particular, the waterproofing of the head portion where the light source is disposed is weak, so even if the flashlight does not fall into the water, it is often damaged by a lot of moisture or raindrops.

In the case of a waterproof flashlight according to the prior art, a means for elastically stopping the rotational position of the head when the head is rotated with respect to the main body for on / off or for strength adjustment is provided. Considering that it can be easily corroded and shorten the lifetime of the flashlight because it has been implemented by the spring, it is necessary to develop a structure for a waterproof flashlight considering these matters.
