Abstract

본 고안은 PE로 사출성형되어지는 함체와 락요소에 의해 밀폐를 위한 뚜껑으로 구성된 밀폐용기에 관한 것으로, 특히 뚜껑에 락요소를 조립에 의하여 결합할 경우에 조립이 용이하면서 락결합력을 견고하게 한 것이다.
현재 밀폐용기는 대부분 부드러우면서도 내구성이 좋은 PE(폴리에틸렌)으로 성형되어지는 것으로 함체에 뚜껑을 밀폐하기 위하여 뚜껑에는 락요소가 형성되어 있으며 이러한 락요소는 일체로 형성되거나 조립식으로 형성되는 것이다.
그러나 락요소를 일체로 형성할 경우에 금형제작이 까다로워 제작비용이 많이 소요되는 문제점이 있었으며 조립식으로 할 경우에는 재질의 특성상 견고한 조립이 어려운 것이었다.
따라서 본 고안은 뚜껑의 테두리 사면으로 결합홈이 형성된 돌출편을 일정간격으로 대칭되게 형성하고 락요소에는 돌출편이 내입되도록 끼워지는 절개홈과 결합홈에 끼임결합되는 결합돌기를 형성하여 간단한 끼임에 의하여 결합이 되면서 견고한 견고한 조립력을 갖도록 한 것이다.
