Abstract
본 고안은 주방이나 욕실 등에서 환기용으로 사용하는 전동댐퍼에 관한 것으로서, 저온과 고온에서 각각 작동하는 제1,2감지센서를 직렬로 연결하여 작동 안전성을 더욱 개선함과 아울러 사용 편리성도 보장할 수 있는 환기용 전동댐퍼를 제공코자 한 것이다.
즉, 본체(2) 외부에 설치된 구동회로(5)상의 모터(6)로 본체(2) 내측에 설치된 차단판(3)을 회동시키는 통상의 환기용 전동댐퍼(1)에 있어서, 본체(2)의 실내 쪽으로 내부 온도를 감지하도록 구동회로(5)와 직렬로 연결되며 저온인 80~100℃에서 ON, OFF 되는 제1감지센서(7)와, 고온인 110℃ 이상에서 전원을 단락시키는 제2감지센서(8)를 본체(2) 외부에 설치한 것으로서, 작동안전성을 보장할 수 있고, 100℃ 이하에서 일시적인 온도 상승이 있을 때에서는 전원을 차단하였다가 상온으로 온도가 내려갈 때 전원을 재 인가되게 하고, 110℃ 이상으로 온도가 상승할 때 전원을 완전히 차단하여 A/S 받도록 구성되어 있으므로 감전사고, 누전 등으로 인한 화재등 2차 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
