The present invention relates to a bone kidney, and more particularly to a bone kidney for adjusting the relative position and rotation angle of the two bone pieces during the operation of bone renal surgery.

Osteopathy is a surgical method that increases the length of bone through the gradual extension of the healing callus at the end of the fracture. It forms the tissues of the skin, muscles, ligaments, cartilage, blood vessels, and nerves by gradual traction. . Osteogenesis is more advantageous than postoperative osteotomy because of its progressive therapeutic effect and accurate prediction after surgery. It is advantageous for prevention of stability and regression after surgery because it is stretched with soft tissue. Recently, bone renal surgery has been actively adopted for the correction of facial bone deformities.

Mechanisms, which are used for bone reconstruction, span the fracture site to gradually adjust the distance and angle of rotation of one bone fragment (Bone fragment or Bone segment) on both sides of the fracture. And a pin or bone screw fixed to the bone fragments through the skin.
