Abstract
The present invention discloses a bone kidney for adjusting the relative position and rotation angle of the two bone fragments during the operation of bone renal surgery. The present invention provides a first bone plate coupled to the bone fragments, a second bone plate disposed away from the first bone plate, coupled to the bone fragments, a nut to which the first bone plate is coupled, and the nut by spiral motion The lead screw is fastened so as to be movable, the universal joint is connected to the tip of the lead screw, and the rod is connected to the universal joint so that the operator can rotate. The end cap is attached to the rear end of the lead screw. The second bone plate is coupled to the end cap. An inclined surface is formed on the outer surface of the end cap adjacent to the skin to prevent contact with the skin. According to the present invention, it is possible to accurately and easily adjust the relative position and rotation angle of the two bone fragments by the joint motion of the universal joint during the operation of bone renal surgery. In addition, since the inclined surface of the end cap placed on the skin is prevented from contacting the skin, and the pressure on the skin is minimized to prevent the occurrence of necrosis and inflammation, it is possible to improve the accuracy and efficiency of osteotomy.
Description
The present invention relates to a bone kidney, and more particularly to a bone kidney for adjusting the relative position and rotation angle of the two bone pieces during the operation of bone renal surgery.
Osteopathy is a surgical method that increases the length of bone through the gradual extension of the healing callus at the end of the fracture. It forms the tissues of the skin, muscles, ligaments, cartilage, blood vessels, and nerves by gradual traction. . Osteogenesis is more advantageous than postoperative osteotomy because of its progressive therapeutic effect and accurate prediction after surgery. It is advantageous for prevention of stability and regression after surgery because it is stretched with soft tissue. Recently, bone renal surgery has been actively adopted for the correction of facial bone deformities.
Mechanisms, which are used for bone reconstruction, span the fracture site to gradually adjust the distance and angle of rotation of one bone fragment (Bone fragment or Bone segment) on both sides of the fracture. And a pin or bone screw fixed to the bone fragments through the skin.
Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2007-0046121 discloses an osteotomy device including a first bone plate, a second bone plate, and a connection mechanism operatively connecting the first and second bone plates. The second bone plate can be moved relative to the first bone plate by the rotation of the activation screw. A first housing member is associated with the first rib plate and a second housing member accommodating the operating screw. The first housing member and the second housing member are rotatably coupled.
U.S. Patent No. 7,771,434 Bone distractor apparatus includes a distal bone plate and a proximal bone plate fixed to two bone fragments by a plurality of bone screws. The distal and proximal bone plates are connected by a housing.
However, the bone kidney of the prior art as described above has a problem in that the rear wall or distal end of the housing to be inserted into the skin presses the skin and causes necrosis or inflammation as it comes into contact with the skin.
The present invention is to solve the various problems of the prior art as described above. An object of the present invention is to provide a new structure of the bone structure that can be adjusted accurately and easily the relative position and rotation angle of the two bone pieces during the operation of bone renal surgery.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a bone stretch that can prevent the distal end placed in the skin from contacting the skin.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a bone kidney that can minimize the pressure on the skin to prevent the occurrence of necrosis and inflammation.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a bone kidney. Bone extension device according to the present invention, the first bone plate is coupled to the bone fragments; A second bone plate disposed away from the first bone plate and coupled to the bone piece; A nut to which the first goal plate is coupled; A lead screw fastened so that the nut can move by a spiral motion; A universal joint connected to the tip of the lead screw; A rod connected to the universal joint so that the operator can rotate the universal joint; It is coupled to the rear end of the lead screw, the second bone plate is coupled to the outer surface adjacent to the skin and includes an end cap formed with an inclined surface to prevent contact with the skin.
The bone stretcher according to the present invention can precisely and easily adjust the relative position and rotation angle of two bone fragments by joint motion of the universal joint during the operation of the bone renal surgery. In addition, since the inclined surface of the end cap placed on the skin is prevented from contacting the skin, and the pressure on the skin is minimized to prevent the occurrence of necrosis and inflammation, it is possible to improve the accuracy and efficiency of osteotomy.
