반사판 및 확산판이 결합되는 고정프레임과; 상기 고정프레임에 회전할 수 있도록 결합된 회전프레임과; 상기 고정프레임에 선단이 고정되고, 타단은 상기 회전프레임에 고정되어 탄성력에 의해 회전프레임을 회전 및 고정하는 판스프링으로 구성된 조명등 기구의 프레임에 있어서,
상기 고정프레임(10)과 회전프레임(20)에는 판스프링(30)의 선단 및 타단이 각각 삽입 고정되는 제1설치홈(12) 및 제2설치홈(23)이 형성되되,
상기 제1설치홈(12)에는 판스프링(30)을 지지하는 지지부(12a)와, 판스프링(30)의 회전을 안내하는 회전안내부(12b)와, 판스프링(30)의 이탈을 방지하는 이탈방지부(12c)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조명등 기구의 프레임.
