중공형상이고 외주면에 중공의 내부와 연통되도록 복수의 연결구를 구비한 몸체(110)와, 상기 복수의 연결구에 각각 설치된 밸브(120)들과, 상기 몸체(110)의 양단부에 열융착된 관이음(140)을 포함하는 보일러용 분배기(100)에 있어서,
상기 몸체(110)는 폴리프로필렌랜덤(PPR : Poly Propylene Random Copolymer)으로 제조되고,
상기 관이음(140)은 중공형상이고 일단의 외주면에 수나사(141)가 형성되며, 유리섬유강화 폴리프로필렌(FR-PP : Glass Fiber Reinforced Poly Propylene)과 폴리프로필렌랜덤(PPR : Poly Propylene Random Copolymer)을 혼합하여 사출 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러 분배기용 관이음.
