Abstract

The present invention mainly relates to a locking arm for a project window, which is used in casement and project windows such as side open or under window and used with a window stay that allows the window to be opened only by a certain angle so that the window can be fixed in an open state. The aim is to provide a new concept of a locking arm for a project window that is simple in configuration and can be easily operated.
That is, the present invention is to fix the fasteners provided so that the tension catching plate formed with a locking projection on the first arm case is symmetrical, and the second arm case is formed between the tension catching plate to form a locking fastening to be locked by one-touch type. It can be configured, and the fastener and the fastener are made of injection-molded products, so the manufacturing cost can be greatly reduced, and when the first and second arm cases are stretched, the fastener is inserted between the tension catching plates on both sides of the fastener. Because it is made of one-touch type to be locked, it is possible to prevent damage to the locking arm due to malfunction.

Description

Locking arm for project windows

The present invention mainly relates to a locking arm for a project window, which is used in casement and project windows such as side open or under window and used with a window stay that allows the window to be opened only by a certain angle so that the window can be fixed in an open state. More specifically, the present invention seeks to provide a new concept of a locking arm for a project window, which is simple in configuration and can provide operational convenience.

Mainly in casement and project windows, such as side open or under open, window stays are used to open the windows only by a certain angle.

In addition, to secure the safety by installing a locking arm for the purpose of maintaining the open state by the window stay, the general configuration of the locking arm 101 is fixed to the window frame as shown in Figs. A second arm case 103 coupled to the arm case 102, slides and stretches along the first arm case 102, and coupled to a window, and a pin on the first arm case 102 opposite to the window frame. A link 105 having a V groove 105a rotatably coupled to the side and symmetrically bilaterally, and a slide block 106 fixed to an end of the second arm case 103 opposite to the window; And a stopper 108 riveted and fixed to the second arm case 103 so that the first and second arm cases 102 and 103 are extended in the notched groove 102b of the case 102 while the first and second arm cases 102 and 103 are extended. Lock guide 107 for rotating the link 105 when the first and second arm cases 102 and 103 are stretched and The first and second arm cases 102 and 103 may include operating holes 102a and 103a formed in the first and second arm cases 102 and 103 so as to be positioned at both sides of the link 105 in an extended state. It consists of a composition.

However, the conventional locking arm 101 has a problem that the manufacturing cost is increased due to the complicated configuration, and in particular, the operation of the locking arm 101 is not suitable for Korean people.

That is, in the conventional locking arm 101, the first and second arm cases 102 and 103 of the locking arm 101 are extended when the window is opened.

Most people just pull the window as opposed to opening it to close the window. The conventional locking arm 101 first pushes in the direction of opening the window to move the link 105 to a rotatable position by the lock guide 107. Most users disregard this as a configuration in which the window is closed only when the window is pulled in the closed state, and thus the locking arm 101 is broken.

The present inventors have devised the present invention to solve all the problems of the conventional locking arm described above, and the present invention provides a locking arm for a new concept of a project window that can provide a simple and easy to operate configuration. This is to complete the present invention.

The locking arm for the project window provided by the present invention as a means for solving the problem is fixed to the fixing fixture provided so that the tension catching plate formed with a locking projection on the first arm case is symmetrical, the second arm case is interlocked between the tension catching plate and locked By forming a sphere, it can be configured to be released by one-touch.

The locking arm for the project window provided in the present invention is a simple configuration of the fastener and the hanger by injection molding, which can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost.

In addition, when the first and second arm cases are stretched and operated, the locking mechanism is made of a one-touch type that is inserted between two tension catching plates of the fixture so that the locking arm can be prevented from being damaged due to a malfunction.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a locking arm for a project window provided by the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 3 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a locking window for a project window provided in the present invention, Figure 4 is an exploded perspective view of Figure 3, Figure 5 is an operating state of the locking window for a project window provided in the present invention It is a front view showing the.

The locking arm 1 for the project window provided in the present invention is coupled to slide and stretch along the first arm case 2 having one end fixed to the window frame 20 as shown, and one end fixed to the window 30. Couple the second arm case (3).

The first arm case 2 is provided with a fastener 4 provided so that the tension catching plate 5 having the locking protrusion 5a formed at the end of the first arm case 2 is symmetrically opposite to the window frame 20. Secure with rivets (6).

The tension catching plate 5 is preferably configured to be formed by placing the space portion (4a) when injection molding the fastener (4).

In addition, the slide block 7 and the lock guide 8 are fixed to the second arm case 3 at the end of the second arm case 3 on the opposite side to be fixed to the window 30, and to be rubbed with the screws 11. The pad 12 is assembled to adjust the slide frictional tension. The locking protrusions 9a are convex on both sides of the slide block 7 so as to be fitted between the tension catching plates 5 of the fasteners 4 while the first and second arm cases 2 and 3 are extended. It is formed so as to fix the locking hole (9) formed with a locking groove (9b) is formed into the locking projection (5a) formed in the tension locking plate (5) with a rivet (10).

The lock arm 1 for the project window of the present invention configured as described above is installed in the window frame 20 and the window 30 together with the window stay 40 as shown in FIG. 6 and is elongated and fixed when the window 30 is opened. And, as it is configured to be reduced when closing the window 30, the operation of the present invention will be described below.

First, when the window 30 is opened while the present invention is installed, the window 30 is opened in a state in which the opening angle is limited by the window stay 40 installed in the window 30 and the window frame 20.

At this time, the lock arm (1) for the project window of the present invention extends from the first arm case (2) to the second arm case (3), and the tension catch of the fastener (4) fixed to the first arm case (2) A locking mechanism 9 fixed to the second arm case 3 is interposed between the plates 5.

The tension catching plate 5 formed in the fixture 4 when the catch 9 is inserted is pushed into both side spaces 4a, and the catching protrusion 9a formed convexly in the catch 9 passes. After the original restoration, the locking projection 5a formed in the tension locking plate 5 is locked into the locking groove 9b of the locking hole 9 while the window 30 is locked in an open state.

In addition, when a force is applied to the window 30 to close the window 30 in the state in which the window 30 is opened as described above, the tension catching plate 5 formed in the latch 9 as described above is pushed to both sides. The second arm case 3 is reduced while being inserted into the first arm case 2 while the locking protrusion 9a formed convexly in the locking hole 9 is separated between the tension catching plates 5. The window 30 is to be closed.

In addition, the second arm case 3 is coupled to the guide stand 32 fitted in the guide groove 31 formed in the window 30, the guide stand 32 and the window 30 is fixed to the fixing piece 33 The second arm case 3 is fixed by moving the guide stand 32 and the guide stand 32 and the second arm case 3 are easily detached by a simple operation of the hook rivet 35. By being possible, it is possible to set the exact position of the present invention locking arm (1) to ensure the convenience of installation.

Although a detailed description of the present invention has been provided for specific embodiments, it will be understood that various modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention should not be limited to the embodiments described, but should be determined by equivalents as well as the following claims.
