Abstract
The present invention relates to a drain trap for urinals filled with a certain thickness of the backflow blocker to allow the downward movement of urine while blocking the upward movement of urine and odor accumulated in the drain of the urinal. The drain trap may include a body portion and a drain cover having a cylindrical partition wall having an open lower portion and a disc shaped drain cover integrally covering an upper portion of the cylindrical partition wall to cover an upper portion of the cylindrical partition wall. A plurality of first drain holes penetrating the drain cover is formed on an upper surface of the drain cover between the outer circumference of the drain cover and the cylindrical partition wall.
Description
The present invention relates to a drain trap for a urinal, and more particularly, the drainage of urine even if the water is not lowered after urinating in a state in which the central portion of the drain is installed while maintaining the original shape of the urinal protruding upwards. The present invention relates to a drain trap for urinals, which makes it possible to reduce the occurrence of odor from urine while reducing the use of water in the toilet.
Most urinals installed in a men's room at a predetermined height are generally made of pottery.
On the other hand, a water supply valve is installed in the upper part of the urinal so that the urine can be washed off after the urine is formed, and a drain hole for draining the urine and water is formed in the lower part of the urinal.
Therefore, if the user operates the water supply valve to flush out the urine inside the urinal after urine, the water flows from the water supply valve and the urine and water are drained through the drain provided in the lower part of the urinal. .
However, when the water supplied from the water supply valve is not supplied properly or the user does not flush the water after the toilet, the urine does not wash off cleanly, and odor is generated by the urine remaining on the inner surface of the urinal or the drain. There was a problem.
On the other hand, as the water shortage is getting worse all over the world, efforts are being made to reduce the use of water in the bathroom. As such, there is provided a drain trap for urinals in which the occurrence of odor due to urine remaining in the drain can be prevented even if water is not supplied to the drain below the toilet.
Therefore, the present invention was devised to solve all the problems of the prior art as described above, and it is possible to drain urine without flushing water after urine, thereby reducing the use of water in the toilet while reducing the occurrence of odor due to urine. The purpose is to provide a drain trap for the urinal.
In addition, another object of the present invention is to prevent the flow of urine accumulated in the drainage of the urinal while the backflow blocker which prevents the generation of odor from the urine accumulated in the drainage to prevent the flow of urine with the urine drain trap To provide.
In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a drain trap for the urinal that can be simply installed in the drain of the urinal installed in the existing toilet.
The object of the present invention is not limited to those mentioned above, and other objects not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
In order to solve the above problems, in the embodiment of the present invention, a backflow blocking agent is filled in a certain thickness so that the downward movement of urine is allowed while the upstream movement of urine and odor accumulated in the drainage port of the urinal is blocked. The body portion is formed in the body portion and the upper surface of the drain cover is integrally formed with a cylindrical partition wall having a lower opening and a disk-shaped drain cover larger than the diameter of the cylindrical partition wall covering the upper portion of the cylindrical partition wall to close the upper space of the cylindrical partition wall. A plurality of first drain holes penetrating the drain cover is formed on an upper surface of the drain cover between the outer circumference of the drain cover and the cylindrical partition wall.
A plurality of second drain holes penetrating the cylindrical partition wall may be formed around the outer wall of the lower portion of the cylindrical partition wall.
A blocking portion extending from the outer wall may be formed around the outer surface of the lower portion of the cylindrical partition wall corresponding to each of the upper ends of the plurality of second drain holes.
The blocking portion may be heightened toward the upper portion of the cylindrical partition wall while being away from the outer surface of the cylindrical partition wall.
A coupling rod extending from the center may be formed in the lower surface of the dome cover portion, a coupling groove may be formed in the center of the upper surface of the drain cover, and an end of the coupling rod may be inserted into the coupling groove.
The outer circumference of the drain cover may be formed with a packing for contacting the inner surface of the drain.
A plurality of third drain holes penetrating the drain cover may be formed on an upper surface of the drain cover between the outer circumference of the drain cover and the cylindrical partition wall while extending in the radial direction of the drain cover from the outer circumference of the drain cover.
In the urinal in which the urine drain trap is installed according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is an effect of reducing the waste of water as the urine does not need to be flushed after washing the urine.
The drain trap for the urinal according to the embodiment of the present invention can be easily disassembled to easily clean the inside.
In addition, in the urinal with a drain trap for urinal according to an embodiment of the present invention is prevented from the back flow of urine and odor has the effect that can be kept clean without using water.
The effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
