제1덮개(21)내에는 결합되는 부분(23)이 설치되고 이 결합되는 부분(23)은 오목입구이며, 제1덮개(21)는 씌우는 덮개이며 이 제1덮개(21)의 하방에는 판체(24)가 설치되고, 이 판체(24)는 미끄러지는 부분(22)과 결합되는 부분(23)의 하방에 고정 설치되며 이 판체(24)는 "ㄷ"형이고,
