상기 제2 결속부로부터 길이방향으로 연장되며, 상기 제1 결속부의 상기 배면 결속부 및 상기 제2 결속부에 결속되는 제3 결속부; 를 포함하며,
상기 제1 내지 제 3 결속부는 벨크로(Velcro) 타입의 밴드로 형성되고,
상기 전면 결속부 및 상기 제3 결속부는 수형 벨크로로 형성되며, 상기 배면 결속부 및 상기 제2 결속부는 암형 벨크로로 형성되고,
상기 제1 결속부 내지 제3 결속부는 일체형이며,
