Claims (10)
- 상단의 내측으로 돌출부가 형성되며 컵 형태의 탄피, 상기 탄피의 내측 하부에 위치하는 추진제, 및 상기 추진제와 연결되며 상기 탄피의 하부에 위치하는 제 1 뇌관을 포함하는 탄피부; 및상기 탄피의 상단에 내입되며 상기 돌출부가 끼워지는 결합홈이 외측으로 형성된 컵 형태의 스커드, 상기 스커드 상단에 결합되는 두부, 상기 두부 내부에 위치하고, 과염소산칼륨(KClO4), 이산화납(PbO2), 마그네슘-알루미늄(Mg-Al) 및 마그네슘(Mg)을 포함하는 혼합물로 이루어진 발연제, 상기 발연제에 연결되며 상기 스커드 내부에 위치하는 제 2 뇌관, 상기 스커드 내부에 위치하며 물체 충돌시 상기 제 2 뇌관을 타격하는 공이를 포함하는 탄체부를 포함하는 40mm 연습 유탄.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부는 상기 탄피의 내측의 일 둘레를 따라 적어도 2개 형성되며,상기 결합홈은 상기 돌출부에 대응되는 위치에 상기 돌출부의 갯수 만큼 상 기 스커드 외측 둘레에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 40mm 연습 유탄.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부와 상기 결합홈은 스테이킹(staking)에 의해 형성되거나 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 40mm 연습 유탄.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부의 측면과 상기 탄피 내측면은 직각을 이루며,상기 결합홈의 내부면과 바닥면은 직각을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 40mm 연습 유탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스커드의 상기 결합홈에 인접한 일 둘레를 따라 도포된 접착제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 40mm 연습 유탄.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 접착제는 치오콜(THIOKOL LP2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 40mm 연습 유탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄피부는,상기 스커드 내부에 삽입되며 상기 두부와 결합되는 두부 몸체;상기 두부 몸체의 상부 내부에서 상기 제 2 뇌관이 삽입되는 발화컵;상기 두부 몸체의 하부 내부에서 상기 발화컵의 하부에 위치하며 상기 공이가 삽입되되 상단부에 상기 공이의 격침이 통과될 수 있는 개구부가 형성된 공이삽입관; 및상기 두부 몸체의 내부에서 상기 발화컵과 상기 공이삽입관 사이에 삽입되는 탄성수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 40mm 연습 유탄.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 탄체부는 상기 스커드 내측 바닥에서 상기 스커드와 상기 두부 몸체 사이에 개재되는 완충제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 40mm 연습 유탄.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 완충제는 종이인 것을 특징으로 하는 40mm 연습 유탄.
