A push button coupled to an upper end of the shaft, the push button configured to push the shaft downward with respect to the nozzle to apply a pressing force to the rotating plate;

A cap inserted into an upper end of the shaft;

And a spring positioned between the bottom surface of the cover and the pivot plate to impart an elastic force in a direction to seal the through hole of the pivot plate.
