글로브의 안쪽면에서 반사된 빛을 다시 반사하여 외부로 방출되도록 함으로써 효율을 높이는 가로등기구로서,
두 개의 금속판이 경첩에 의해 회전가능하게 연결되어 반구형상 수납박스의 아래쪽 개구부를 덮을 수 있도록 장착되며, 앞쪽 가운데에는 개구부가 형성되는 알루미늄 재질의 평면반사판과;
상기 평면반사판의 앞쪽 가운데에 형성된 개구부에 장착되며, 일측면에 형성된 개구부를 통해 전구소켓이 노출되며, 상기 전구소켓에는 세라믹메탈램프 또는 LED전구가 장착되는 알루미늄 재질의 돔형반사판과;
상기 평면반사판의 가장자리를 관통하여 상기 평면반사판을 상기 수납박스에 고정시키는 체결수단;을 포함하는, 에너지 절감용 반사판이 구비된 고효율 가로등기구.
