- 입력전원으로부터 공급되는 교류전압을 정류하여 직류전압으로 변환하는 입력정류부;상기 직류전압을 평활하는 복수의 콘덴서;상기 입력전원에 따라 상기 콘덴서의 양단에 직렬 또는 병렬로 연결되어 상기 직류전압을 고주파의 교류전압으로 변환하는 제1 및 제2고주파변환부;상기 고주파변환부들로부터 변환된 교류전압을 설정된 변압비로 변압하는 출력변압기;상기 출력변압기로부터 변압된 교류전압을 직류전압으로 정류하는 출력정류부;상기 입력전원으로부터 공급되는 전압을 설정된 변압비로 변압하여 출력하는 제어변압기;상기 제어변압기로부터 출력된 전압에 대응하여 상기 변환되는 교류전압의 주파수가 설정되도록 상기 각각의 고주파변환부에 전기적 신호를 출력하는 제어부; 및상기 입력전원에 대응하여 상기 입력정류부 및 콘덴서의 연결을 직렬 또는 병렬로 전환시키고, 상기 제어변압기의 설정된 변압비를 변환하는 전원전환기를 포함하고,상기 전원전환기는, 상기 입력전원에 대응하여 상기 입력정류부 및 상기 콘덴서의 연결을 직렬 또는 병렬로 전환할 수 있도록 상기 입력정류부에 연결되는 복수의 스위치를 구비한 인버터전환부와, 상기 입력전원에 대응하여 상기 제어변압기의 설정된 변압비를 변환하도록 상기 입력전원에 연결되는 복수의 스위치를 구비한 제어전환부와, 상기 입력전원에 대응하여 상기 출력변압기의 설정된 변압비를 변환하도록 상기 각각의 고주파변환부에 연결되는 복수의 스위치들을 구비한 변압전환부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기용접기용 전원변환장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 전원전환기는 상기 입력전원에 대응하여 상기 인버터전환부, 제어전환부 및 변압전환부의 스위치들이 동시에 그 연결이 전환되도록 회전식 스위치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기용접기용 전원변환장치.
