Abstract
Description
또한 상광하협(上廣下狹)으로 경사진 외주면(50A)의 상부로는 수직방향으로 형성되는 수직 외주면(50B)이 더 구비된다.
상기 수직 외주면(50B)은 토출공(A)에 삽입되어 이를 밀폐시키는 부분인 것으로 토출공에 삽입되고 이를 밀폐시키기 위해 토출공(A)의 크기와 대응되는 크기로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
결국 마개부(50)는 토출공(A)에 삽입되어 이를 밀폐시키되, 경사진 외주면(50A)으로 인해 우선 일차적으로 토출공(A)을 밀폐시키게 되고, 이후 연결 형성된 수직 외주면(50B)으로 인해 토출공(A)을 한번 더 밀폐를 시켜주고, 확장부(41)로 인해 최종적으로 밀폐를 시켜주게 된다.

- 수도꼭지 핸들이 체결되기 위한 체결공(11)과 톱니부(12)가 형성된 세레이션부(10)와,상기 세레이션부 하부에 형성되는 것으로, 패킹이 결합되는 패킹결합부(20)와,상기 패킹결합부 하부에 형성되는 것으로 수도꼭지 몸체와 나사결합하면서 상하 이동되는 나사부(30)와,상기 나사부 하부에 형성되는 것으로 상기 나사부의 상하 이동에 의한 수도꼭지 토출공으로의 삽입 여부로 상기 토출공을 개폐시키는 마개부(50)로 이루어지되,상기 마개부(50)의 외주면은 아래에서 위로 상광하협(上廣下狹)의 경사진 형태로 이루어진 후 수직으로 연장 형성되어 마감되고, 하면에는 수압을 완충시키고 수도꼭지 토출공과의 밀폐성을 증진시키기 위한 유로공(51)이 형성되며,상기 마개부의 상단에는 상기 마개부와 상기 나사부를 연결하는 연결부(40)가 더 구비되되, 상기 연결부는 마개부에서 연속 형성되는 것으로 외측으로 돌출된 확장부(41)를 구비하고,상기 세레이션부의 외면에 형성된 상기 톱니부(12)는 외측으로 돌출된 부분과 내측으로 삽입된 부분 모두가 일정 너비를 가지면서 교번 형성되고,상기 세레이션부(10)와 패킹결합부(20)와 나사부(30)와 연결부(40)와 마개부(50)는 동일한 재질로 일체 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성과 밀폐성이 향상된 일체형 수도꼭지용 스핀들.
