전주의 하단 사방에 위치되어 전주를 지중에서 지지하는 고정구로 일측단은 기립된 사각판체로 상하면에는 한 쌍의 볼트관통공을 갖는 수직체결판이 형성되고, 수직체결판 외측면 중심에서 외측하향으로 연장되되 선단에는 수평면을 갖고 좌우측으로 고정공을 갖는 지지대가 형성되는 전주지지각과;It is located on the lower side of the pole and supports the pole in the ground.
