즉, 본 고안은 다용도 방수, 방한복(1)을 구성하되, 이는 방수, 방한 소재의 원단으로 판상 시트로 제작되는 시트(2)와, 상기 시트(2)의 중앙에 관통 형성되는 개구부(3a)를 갖는 결합공(3)과, 상기 개구부(3a)를 개폐하기 위해 설치되는 슬라이드파스너(3b)와, 상기 결합공(3)에 선택적으로 착탈될 수 있도록 착탈수단(6,7)을 결합공(3)과 대응부에 각각 가진 후드(4) 및 차단판(5)과, 상기 시트(2)의 모서리 및 전후 변 부위에 고정되는 아일릿(8)과, 상기 시트(2)의 일측으로 개폐수단(11)에 의해 개폐가능하게 설치되는 포켓(10) 및 상기 시트(2)의 전후측 좌우 변 부위에는 팔을 에워쌀 수 있도록 착탈수단(12)을 대응부에 각각 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다.
