Abstract

본 고안은 내마모성과 통전성이 우수한 용사 코팅된 콘덕터 로울에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 WC계 용사 코팅 처리된 콘덕터 로울 장치에 관한 것이다. 기존의 SUS 316L 콘덕터 로울에 대비하여 롤의 내마모성의 향상 과 수명연장 및 표면경도 상향으로 로울 손상을 최소화하여 로울 마크에 의한 전기아연도금 제품의 표면품질불량 감소 효과를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 용사전에는 예열을 하며 표면산화를 주의하면서 과다 예열을 주의하며 용사작업을 시행한다. 용사 전에 예열은 O2/C3H8 의 5000L/HR 로서 여러개의 토치로서 균일하게 가열하고 용사는 자동 이송 장치에 장착한 플라즈마 및 멧트코(METCO) 5P 건(GUN)으로 용사를 실시한다. 용사재로는 DS-6509-WC-텅스텐 카바이트를 사용하였다. 후처리는 용사부 전체를 일정 온도 전후로 균열 처리하되 로울의 회전으로 실온까지 냉각한다. 냉각후에는 연마작업을 실시하며 용사 유효층이 180~220㎛되도록 연마 작업을 원통도, 진원도, 진직도등 도면에 의거 연마작업 실시한다.Before spraying, preheat and pay attention to surface oxidation while paying attention to excessive preheating. 상기와 같은 본 고안에 의하면, 콘덕터 로울 본체 연마방식이 아닌 롤 표면 용사 코팅을 통한 반영구적인 로울 활용이 가능하며 제품의 잦은 불만이 제기된 폭마크 저감 그리고 로울 손상이 거의 없으므로 수리시 콘덕터 로울 교환 불필요에 따른 정비비 절감 및 생산성 향상이 가능하다. 또한, 스트립과 콘덕터 로울 마찰시에 발생 되는 로울 표면 손상 발생이 없으므로 콘덕터 로울 마크결함의 미 발생 그리고 최근 LCD 등 가전업체의 전도성 내지문 강판의 수요가 증가 됨에 따라 아연층에 바로 내지문 수지를 코팅하는 제품의 표면 외관 향상으로 즉, 제품이면과 콘덕터 로울 접촉면 도금층 눌림 현상 개선으로 이면 품질 개선을 통한 생산제품의 고객사 품질 만족의 효과를 가져왔다.According to the present invention as described above, it is possible to utilize semi-permanent roll through the roll surface spray coating rather than the conductor roll body polishing method, and the product is frequently damaged due to the reduction of the width mark caused by the complaints, and the roller damage is little during repair.
