본 고안은 쓰레기매립장에서 자연 발생되는 매립가스(12)를 수평가스 포집관(11)을 쓰레기층에 관부설하여 매립가스(12)를 포집하여 수평가스 포집관(11)을 매립가스 수평포집 연소장치의 수평 합류관(1)에 인력으로 끼워 넣는 방식으로 연결하여 매립가스가 수평합류탱크(2)에 모여 수직연결관(5)으로 자연압으로 이송되여 수직연결관(5) 맨 위에 설치되어 있는 가스연소장치(13)로 매립가스를 소각 처리하며, 수직연결관(5)이 차단층(8)의 차수재(7)를 관통 할 때 차수재(7)를 가스켓형태로 이용하여 차수 연결 플랜지(4)로 완벽하게 볼트접합 하여 매립가스의 누출 및 우수의 침투로 인한 차단층(8)의 손상을 완전히 제어할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
