본 고안은 발광다이오드를 이용하여 텍스트나 애니메이션 혹은 동영상을 표출하거나 혹은 게임의 스코어보드로 이용되는 전광판에 있어서 높은 온도, 낮은 온도, 높은 습기로부터 전광판을 보호하는 장치이다.
