소비자가 계획적인 쇼핑을 할 수 있도록 한 카트 부착형 메모기구가 개시된다. 본 고안에 따른 카트 부착형 메모기구는 메모지가 마련된 본체에 쇼핑 카트의 잠금장치 코인트레이에 삽입 가능한 동전 형태의 코인키가 일체로 마련되어 있기 때문에, 카트를 사용하는데 필요한 동전을 본체와 일체로 마련된 코인키로 대체함으로써 불필요한 동전의 준비를 예방함과 동시에, 메모지를 카트에 항상 부착해둠으로써 충동 구매를 방지하여 알뜰한 쇼핑이 이루어질 수 있도록 한다.
