The present invention relates to a panel joint fixing cap, and in particular, to propose a new fixing member that can secure the coupling of the neighboring panels in the joint of the panels used as the roof finishing material and can prevent leakage and deformation.
Building panels are widely used as interior and exterior finishing materials for buildings. Architectural panels are mainly manufactured by inserting a heat insulating material such as glass fiber or urethane between two sheet metal sheets in order to provide rigidity and heat insulation at the same time.
Architectural panels are mainly used for finishing materials such as interior or exterior walls, or roofs. Especially, when used for roofs, the water leakage phenomenon is caused by rain or snow.
In general, the roof finishing material is connected to a plurality of unit panels in the form of a grid to form a single structure, especially in the connection between each panel, that is, the possibility of leakage in the panel joint is very likely. In order to prevent this, in the past, a separate leak-proof structure was installed in the panel coupling portion.
Referring to FIGS. 1A and 1B, a leakproof structure is constructed at a site where a panel is coupled, and as shown, two
The surface of the thermal insulation panel is mainly formed of a thin metal sheet, and when the fastening means such as bolts are directly coupled, the surface may be recessed due to the weak rigidity. As shown in order to improve this, a
In such a structure, the following problem may occur.
First, forming the
In addition, even if the bolt is fastened through the
In addition, the water
Therefore, in order to use the insulation panel and the like as an exterior finish of the building, especially a roof finish, new fixing means or leak prevention means are urgently required.
The present invention has been made under such a technical background, and an object thereof is to provide a new panel joint fixing means having excellent workability and simple structure.
In addition, another object of the present invention is to improve the durability of the panel bonding site excellent structural robustness while preventing leakage.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a body having a through-hole in the center, a pair of wings each integrally coupled to the body side, and rotatably coupled to one side of the upper end of the body, and at least the through-hole. It provides a panel coupling cap including a top cover for opening and closing the cap.
It is preferable that a protruding stopper for sealing the through hole is formed on an inner surface of the upper cover.
The panel coupling part fixing cap according to the present invention further includes a bolt fastened to the panel coupling part through the through hole. The bolt serves to join the adjacent panels, and is preferably fastened to fix the position in the through hole of the body.
Preferably, the fixing cap further includes a sealed packing formed adjacent to the bolt, and in this case, the sealed packing is preferably formed of a water-expandable index member.
The fixing cap is preferably formed of a plastic material having a predetermined stiffness, but in some cases, a metal, ceramic, or other polymer may be used.
The upper cover is preferably coupled to one side of the top of the body can be opened and closed by a predetermined elastic force, may be connected to the body by a separate coupling member, or may be integrally formed on one side of the top of the body.
The panel coupling part fixing cap according to the present invention can prevent leakage while protecting the fastening members fastened to the respective fastening parts in the case of forming a single building structure by combining several panels, and the fastening member is used for changing temperature, etc. This prevents the position from changing due to thermal expansion. Therefore, the panel coupling structure, in particular, can be firmly coupled to the panel structure installed on the roof of the building, and excellent construction work will be able to further increase the value of the building.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only presented to aid the understanding of the present invention and should not be understood as limiting the technical scope of the present invention.
2 is a perspective view of a panel coupling part fixing cap according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of the fixing cap, and FIGS. 4 and 5 are cross-sectional views taken along line A-A 'and B-B', respectively, of FIG. As shown, the
The
The through
The
The
The inner end of the through-
The sealing packing formed around the fastening means may use a water-expandable index member or the like in addition to an elastic material such as rubber. When the water-expandable indexing material is combined with moisture, the fastening member is sealed through the rapid volume expansion to effectively prevent the rainwater from being accumulated or penetrated.
In particular, under such a sealed structure, a means such as a bolt, which is a fastening member, is firmly positioned at the panel coupling portion and the fixing cap so that structural change does not occur even if thermal expansion of the material occurs due to temperature change or seasonal change. Therefore, the durability of the overall panel coupling structure is enhanced, and the possibility of leakage can be minimized.
Figure 6 shows the panel coupling portion fixed cap actually constructed according to the present invention. The fixing cap may be temporarily fixed to the
Although the present invention has been described through the preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art to which the present invention belongs will be able to various modifications and improvements within the scope of the technical idea of the utility model registration claims to be described later.
The panel coupling part fixing cap according to the present invention can solve various problems related to the fastening members fastened to each coupling part in the case of forming a single building structure by combining several panels with a simple structure and easy construction. There is an advantage. In particular, the possibility of leakage due to the micro clearance between the fastening member and the panel is essentially prevented. In addition, the fastening member prevents the position from being changed by thermal expansion due to temperature change or the like.
