The present invention relates to a lamp using a light emitting diode (LED), and more particularly to an LED lamp that can reduce the size of the lamp, extend the life and reduce the power consumption by configuring a single lamp with a plurality of LEDs. It is about.
Generally, lamps used in daily life include fluorescent lamps and incandescent lamps. Such lamps are operated by AC power, and have a disadvantage in that the power consumption is high and the brightness is high, but the lifetime and illuminance of the lamp are reduced when the lamp is operated for a long time.
For example, a guide light installed to display emergency exits or the like around stairs and doors of a building is to easily inform people of letters or symbols displayed on the front panel even in a dark place. Letters or symbols are brightly and clearly displayed even in the dark by a lamp mounted inside. Induction lamps are lit for a long time for this purpose. However, since a fluorescent lamp or an incandescent lamp is mounted in the conventional induction lamp, the lamp in the induction lamp must be replaced due to the deterioration of the lifetime and the brightness of the lamp after a certain time.
As such, due to the short lifespan, the lamp has to be replaced after being replaced for less than a year after the lamp is replaced, resulting in huge costs associated with lamp replacement.
Of course, there are lamps using LEDs which have advantages of low operating voltage, fast response speed and small size, and long operating life. However, the conventional LED lamp is limited in the installation space because the power supply for driving using the adapter is supplied. Therefore, it is difficult to install in narrow spaces and enclosures, such as general lighting, equipment lighting, and other special lighting, so that the lighting did not function properly.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an LED lamp that is configured to be supplied directly to commercial power directly without using an adapter, making it easy to install anywhere without any restrictions in space.
The LED lamp of the present invention for achieving the above object is, in the lamp using the LED, the input resistance for receiving an AC (commercial power) from the outside, the resistor and a plurality of ceramics are connected in parallel to the input resistance A voltage drop unit for dropping the AC power input through the voltage drop; a fuse connected between the input resistance and the voltage drop unit to protect the circuit from an overvoltage input; And a light emitting unit in which a rectifying unit of a bridge diode for rectifying the light source, a smoothing capacitor for smoothing the rectified voltage, and a plurality of LED elements for emitting light by receiving the smoothed DC voltage are connected in series.
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 shows the internal configuration of the LED lamp according to the present invention. The LED lamp illustrated in FIG. 1 includes an input resistor R1 for receiving AC 220V single-phase commercial power supplied from the outside, and a

As shown in Figure 2a, the LED lamp is made of a rectangular
2C is a state in which the
As shown in FIG. 3A, the
Elements of the internal configuration shown in FIG. 1 are arranged on the
Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 3C, the
The LED lamp having such a structure receives AC 220V single-phase commercial power directly from the outside through a power line provided on one side of the
LEDs have a long life, small size and light weight. In addition, it has a feature that sufficient luminance can be obtained with a voltage of 1.8 to 2V and a current of 20 mA.
Therefore, the LED lamp of the present invention is easy to install and operate in a small space such as a terminal box of a vending machine, a repeater, or a telephone line, and is easy to operate and maintain. It is possible.
As described above, since the LED lamp of the present invention receives AC commercial power directly from the outside without using an adapter, the LED lamp can be reduced in size, so it is easy to install in a narrow space, and has a long life and low power consumption, thereby saving energy. Efficient in, has the effect of ensuring a high degree of environmentally friendly reliability that is not harmful to the human body.
