Abstract

본 고안은 알루미늄재 진열장 및 선반장으로, 가볍고 단단한 알루미늄을 이용하여 간편하게 조립할 수 있도록 설계, 조립에 관한 것이다.

이를 위하여 본 고안은, 알루미늄 바(bar)와 조인트(joint)로 이루어져 서로 끼우는 형식으로 기존의 진열장과는 다르게 나사나 볼트가 필요 없고 조립이 간편하다. 가로, 세로, 높이를 원하는 대로 재단하여 조립하는 형태로 각 면(앞면, 옆면, 뒷면, 바닥)에 유리나 아크릴, 합판 등 칸막이 설치가 가능하다. 또한 바(bar)에 조명설치도 가능하여 뛰어난 외관효과를 가져온다.

기존 진열장은 조립 및 설치가 어렵고 이동 또한 번거로워 작업 시간과 경비가 많이 소요되지만 본 고안은 어느 공간에서도 쉽고 편리하게 조립 가능하고, 깔끔한 외관 마무리로 미적효과를 가져온다는 특징이 있다.

도 2에서 H-BAR에 양쪽으로 콘넥트부분 JOINT의 ◇ 자 홈을 나무망치나 고무망치를 이용해 서로 끼워 조립하면 세로 폭이 설정된다. 이러한 상태에서 LOAD BEAM L-BAR로 가로 길이를 설정한다.
이것을 맨 밑에 배열하고 TWO-BAR로 높이를 설정한다. 이 때 필요면에 따라 칸막이(유리, 아크릴, 합판 등)를 ㄷ자 틈 사이로 설치한다.
그런 후에 처음처럼 H-BAR와 JOINT, LOAD BEAM L-BAR으로 이루어진 가로, 세로 구성물을 위에 얹고 조립하면 한 칸의 진열장이 완성된다.
이런식으로 최종 조립되면 마지막으로 각 단 바닥면에 유리나 아크릴, 합판 등을 얹음으로써 진열장은 완성된다.
