Abstract
본 고안은 머리빗 형태의 금속 프로브를 가진 초음파 두피마사지기 핸드피스의 관한것으로서, 머리카락과 두피가 닿는 면인 금속성 프로브부분이 머리빗형태로 다수의 빗살을 두고 있다, 초음파의 진동하는 프로브 부분은 금속으로 된 빗판에 슬릿형태로 빗살이 있는것과 독립적인 형태의 슬릿빗살로 금속봉들이 크기에 따라 나란히 횡형으로 결합된 되어진것들이 있다. 슬릿빗살이 있는 금속빗판의 면적중 빗판에 2분의1 이상을 샌드위치처럼 중간에 두고 양면으로 접합고정판을 상하로 설치하고 초음파 진동을 위해 접합 고정판에 압전세라믹 진동소자를 부착된다. 다수의 진동소자는 병렬 또는 직렬, 접합고정판의 모양의 따라 설치될수 있으며 초음파발진회로에 초음파 발생을 위해 연결되어 있다.The present invention relates to an ultrasonic scalp massager handpiece having a hair comb-shaped metal probe, wherein the metallic probe portion, which is the surface where the hair and the scalp contact, has a plurality of comb teeth in the form of a hair comb. 즉, 도 1에는 본 고안의 한 실시예가 도시되어 있는 바, 본 고안은 초음파 치료 효과를 갖는 머리빗 두피마사지을 구성함에 있어서, 제품은 기존 빗에 형태를 가지고 있으며 일반적인 손으로 잡는 부분의 소정위치에 초음파와 레이저를 동작시키는 스위치(7)를 설치한다. 즉 핸드피스 내부로 초음파 진동소자(4)가 부착된 슬릿형 빗살이 있는 빗판(6)을 중심에 두고 상하로 접합고정판(5)이 설치되어 있으며 슬릿빗살형 프로브헤드(2) 빗살이 몸체밖으로 나오는 부분에 몸체와 결합된 실리콘접합부(8)를 두어 빗판(6)을 잡아줄수 있도록 하였고 몸체(1)내부에도 진동부(3)의 진동이 핸드피스(1)로 연결되지 않도록 실리콘지지대(9)를 두었다. 탄성제질의 실리콘은 빗질 할때 수분이 핸드피스내부로 들어오는 것을 막으며 프로브헤드(2)의 일부분을 잡아 초음파의 진동을 빗살끝으로 안정되게 공급시키기 위한 것이다. 핸드피스몸체(1)는 손으로 쉽게 잡을수 있도록 유선형으로 설계되었으며 초음파 동작스위치(7) 뿐만 아니라 레이저의 빛을 두피에 조사할수 결합구를 두었다. 본 고안의 의하면 외부에서 전원을 인가 받아 발진회로(21)에서 발생된 초음파 진동을 빗살 끝으로 이동시켜로 모발과 두피에 빗질을 할 때 초음파 진동으로 두피 마사지 할수 있도록 하였다. 물과 같은 수용성 액체를 뿌리고 두피에 초음파 빗질하면 두피에 뿌려 있는 수분을 초음파가 1분에 50만회이상 진동시키므로 두피에 남아있는 각질과 불순물을 제거하여 깨끗한 탈모 관리나 두피관리를 할수 있다. 그리고 초음파 발진회로(21)의 출력신호에 따라, 두피 스케일링과 팁크린싱기능으로, 이는 세 안후 물 또는 스킨을 두피에 엷게 스프레이 한후에 빗살형태의 초음파 프로브(2)를 통해 초음파를 방사 하는 것으로, 상기 물이나 스킨이 초음파 진동으로 인해 작은 입자로 분사 되면서 두피속에 피지를 포함한 모공의 노폐물, 기타 독소 물질 및 각질층을 불순물을 통층없이 제거하여 두피를 깨끗하고 맑게 유지시켜 모발관리 할 수 있도록 하였다.That is, one embodiment of the present invention is shown in Figure 1, the present invention in the construction of a hair comb scalp massage having an ultrasonic treatment effect, the product has a form on the existing comb and at a predetermined position of the general hand-held
