Abstract
본 발명은 소화용 기동용기에 저장된 고압가스의 누설로 인해 화재시 기동요기가 작동하지 않는 것을 예방하고자, 기동용기에 저장된 고압가스의 무게를 상시 측정하여, 경년(經年)에 따른 누설을 감지하고, 정해진 량 이하가 되었을 때 자동으로 운영자(Operator)에 통보하도록 하는 장치임. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 기계식 무게측정장치(Weighing Mechanism)와 리미트스위치(Limit switch)를 고압의 기동용기에 부착 또는 연결하였다.

도1 의 <FIG.1>은 일정량 이상의 액화가스가 충전된 기동용기를 기계식 무게 측정장치에 연결한 것으로 추(Weight)와 기동용기가 모멘트(Moment)평형을 이루고 있다. 리미트 스위치의 접촉자(Probe)가 추를 연결하고 있는 바(Bar)에 의해 눌려져 있어 전기적으로 Off 상태를 유지하고 있다.
도1 의 <FIG.2>는 액화가스가 기동용기에서 누출되어 기동용기의 무게가 일정량 이하가 되어 추(Weight)가 하향 된 상태이다. 추를 연결하고 있는 바(Bar)가 하향 되면서 리미트 스위치의 접촉자(Probe)가 복구되어 전기적으로 On 상태가 되어 Signal을 발 함으로서 충전용기의 가스가 일정량 이상 누설 되었음을 알려 준다.
구성요소는 다음과 같다;
1.기동용기(Actuating cylinder): 고압의 액화 가스를 충전하였다가 화재신호(Signal)에 의해 가스를 방출하여 주소화용기(Main cylinders)들을 기동시켜 주는 역할을 한다.
2.기계식 무게 측정장치(Weighing mechanism):측정하는 물체의 무게가 셋팅값 이하가 되면 작동하도록 되어 있다.
3. 리밋트 스위치(Limit switch): 접촉자(Probe)의 접촉 유무에 따라 작동한다.Hereinafter, described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.
