Claims (7)
- 약제학적 유효량의 SSeCKS(src-suppressed C kinase substrate) 단백질을 포함하는, 뇌혈관 신생과 뇌혈관 내피세포의 폐쇄연접(tight junction) 형성을 조절함으로써 뇌혈관장벽(blood-brain barrier) 장애의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, SSeCKS 단백질이 재조합 단백질인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 뇌혈관장벽 장애가 다발성 경화증, 실험적 알레르기성 뇌척수염, 세균성 수막염, 허혈, 뇌부종, 알츠하이머병, 후천성 면역 결핍 증후군 치매 합병증, 뇌종양, 외상성 뇌 손상 및 고혈압으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 약제학적 조성물.
- 약제학적 유효량의 SSeCKS 단백질을 암호화하는 핵산 서열을 포함하는, 뇌혈관 신생과 뇌혈관 내피세포의 폐쇄연접 형성을 조절함으로써 뇌혈관장벽 장애의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 약제학적 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, SSeCKS 단백질을 암호화 하는 핵산 서열이 재조합 백터인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 뇌혈관장벽 장애가 다발성 경화증, 실험적 알레르기성 뇌척수염, 세균성 수막염, 허혈, 뇌부종, 알츠하이머병, 후천성 면역 결핍 증후군 치매 합병증, 뇌종양, 외상성 뇌 손상 및 고혈압으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 약제학적 조성물.
- SSeCKS 단백질을 발현하는 성상교세포를 배양하는 단계;상기 배양된 성상교세포를 시험하고자 하는 화합물과 접촉시키는 단계; 및시험 화합물과 접촉된 성상교세포에서의 SSeCKS 단백질 발현양을 시험 화합물과 접촉되지 않은 대조군의 발현양과 비교하는 단계를 포함하여, SSeCKS 단백질의 발현을 촉진시키는 화합물을 확인하는 방법.
