Abstract

PURPOSE: A sock combined with an insole designed to provide a firm structure allowing the impact force not to generate a relative motion between the insole and the sock is provided. Therefore, it enables the front part of the foot not to impact the shoe, thereby protecting the user. CONSTITUTION: The sock combined with an insole comprises: an insole(1) in which at least one surface of the insole is formed with an elastic hook(12), the hooks being deformed by an external force, but being restored as the force disappears; and a sock(2) having a sock body(21) and an opening portion(22). The sock body has a sock sole in which whole or part of the lower bottom of the sock sole is formed with a hair-like body(212) for grasping the hook, thereby tightly securing the sock to the insole to avoid the relative motion between the sock and the insole. The insole further includes a body(11) and at least one hook base(13), in which the hook protrudes from the hook base, the body is made of comfortable feeling material or ventilated and sterile material, such as foaming material. The filaments of the hair-like body are selected from one of polyester fiber, nylon, acrylic fiber, rayon, manmade long fibers and the combination thereof.

The present invention relates to socks and in particular to socks incorporating a sock which provides a rigid structure such that the impact force does not cause relative movement between the insole and the sock. Moreover, the front of the foot will not impact the shoe to protect the user.

In the prior art, sport shoes are larger than the size required for the user to feel comfortable. Referring to FIG. 1, the cross-sectional view indicates that sports shoes are worn, where D is a free space for providing an adjustable space to the user. It is a further object of the present invention to provide a sock in which the bottom of the sock sole is coupled to the insole comprising a hair-shaped body to secure the sock sole to the insole.

It is a further object of the present invention to provide an insole bonding sock in which one surface of the insole comprises an elastic hook which secures the sock in order to increase the holding force.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to Figure 2, a sock to which the insole of the present invention is coupled is described. The present invention includes an insole 1 and a sock 2.

At least one surface of the insole 1 is provided with an elastic hook 12. The hook 12 is deformed by an external force, but recovers when this force disappears.

The insole 1 further comprises a body 11 and one or more hook substrates 13. The hook 12 protrudes from the hook base 13. The body 11 is made of a comfortable feel material or a ventilated and sterile material, for example a foam material.

Moreover, the hook substrate 13 and the hook 12 of the present invention may be formed entirely of a plastic material (see FIG. 4) or from a fabric (see FIG. 5).

In another aspect, the insole 1 may be coupled to the shoe sole as part of the shoe.

Referring to FIG. 2, the sock 2 of the present invention includes a sock body 21 and an opening 22. The sock body 21 includes a sock sole 211. All or part of the bottom surface of the sock sole 211 is formed of a hair-like body 212.
