Description

음전하로 대전된 의료용 차단막 제작을 위한 코로나 대전장치{The corona-charging apparatus for the fabrication of negatively charged barrier membrane for medical use}The corona-charging apparatus for the fabrication of negatively charged barrier membrane for medical use}

The present invention relates to the fabrication of a corona charging device for the production of a negatively charged medical barrier membrane (barrier membrane), and more particularly to guided bone regeneration (conducted bone regeneration) performed for the regeneration of the missing bone in the dental, surgical area or The present invention relates to the production of a negatively charged device by corona generation for negatively charged charges to a barrier film or bone graft material used for guided tissue regeneration surgery.

In general, bone graft surgery or bone guided regeneration or tissue guided regeneration surgery using bone graft materials is used as a method for regenerating missing bones in dental or surgical areas. Since electrical stimulation has been reported to promote bone formation at various sites, various electrical stimulation methods have been attempted to promote bone formation. However, the electric stimulation method by DC supply, induction current supply, electromagnetic field formation, etc., which have been implemented so far, requires additional attachment of an additional power supply device to the outside of the surgical site when used in the dental or surgical area When applied directly, bone formation is promoted in the cathode electrode area, but bone fracture occurs in the anode electrode area, and a large number of patients have to be visited and checked for electrical stimulation after surgery. In particular, these electrical stimulation methods have a problem that is difficult to apply due to the narrowness of the surgical site, aesthetic problems due to the attachment of the postoperative device, and postoperative discomfort when performed in the dental field, unlike in the surgical field.

In order to solve the above problems, PTFE membranes or bone graft materials used for bone induction regeneration or tissue induction regeneration that are performed to regenerate bone defects using a negative charge charging device using corona generation ( The negative charge directly on the bone graft material does not require the installation of an additional power supply after surgery and the negative charge of the material charged in this way without the inconvenience of the patient due to the large number of visits for electrical stimulation and inspection. Due to the purpose of the present invention to promote bone formation.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an electrical circuit device composed of a power supply device and a resistor for supplying a high voltage DC power required for corona generation, and an appropriate negative charge blocker or bone to achieve the purpose of promoting bone formation. It features a device consisting of an electrode-based working part that is designed to control the distance and voltage applied between components consisting of a needle electrode, a nickel mesh grid, and an aluminum plate to charge the implant.
