Description
본 고안은 후면광원용 장치의 공정에 관련된 것으로, 기존 몰드프레임의 기능을 고기능화하여 반사 씨트의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.The present invention relates to the process of the device for the rear light source, to enhance the function of the existing mold frame to perform the role of the reflection sheet.
기존 몰드 프레임은 후면광원용 장치의 부품인 도광판, 각종 씨트, 광원 등의 위치를 고정시켜 주며, LCD 판넬과의 결합을 위한 기능을 위해 사용되었다. 이러한 단순한 기능에 의해 몰드 프레임은 얇은 두께에 의한 제조 과정의 어려움에도 불구하고 기능 개선에서 제외되어 왔다. 현재 사용되고 있는 몰드 프레임과 처음 몰드 프레임이 고안되었을 때보다 두께만 얇아졌을 뿐 별다른 성능 개선은 있지 않았다.The existing mold frame fixes the positions of the light guide plate, various sheets, and the light source, which are the parts of the device for the rear light source, and was used for the function of combining with the LCD panel.
