Description
종래 볼 밸브는 스템(3)의 오링(2)이 스템(3)의 회전마찰로 인해 마모되어 누수가 발생하므로,는 관계로 밸브 전체를 교체해야 하는 경우이거나 스템(3)을 밸브 상단에서 분리토록 하여 오링(2)이 마모시에 오링(2)을 교환 하여 부분 수리가 가능 하도록 하고 있으나 근본적으로 오링(2)의 마모를 줄일 수 있는 구조의 밸브는 아니었다. 오링(2)의 마모로 인하여 교체되는 오링(2)의 부품의 비용 보다 오히려 교체시에 발생되는 인건비가 상당히 소요 되는바 경제성 또한 문제로 지적 되기 때문에 근본적인 문제 해결은 오랜 기간 누수가 되지 않도록 오링(2)의 수명을 연장시키는데 있다.Conventional ball valves have leaks due to wear of the O-rings 2 of the stem 3 due to rotational friction of the stem 3, so that the entire valve must be replaced or the stem 3 can be removed from the top of the valve. 슬리버(1)를 새로이 적용 하여 종전 방식의 밸브 와 비교 테스트 및 사용 결과 회전시 발생되는 마찰력이 10배 이상 감소 하였고 오링이 마모되는 정도 또한 10배 이상 감소 되어 구동기를 부착 하여 밸브를 사용시에는 작은 전력이 소모되어 에너지 절감 효과 및 구동용 전동기를 작은 사이즈로 설계 가능 하므로 구동기 제작비가 줄어든다. 또한,회전시에 마찰력을 감소시켜 밸브 누수의 주범인 오링(2)의 수명을 극대화 시키고,또한 교체되는 부품의 비용 보다 오히려 교체시의 인건비가 상당히 소요 되는바 경제성 또한 문제로 지적 되기 때문에 근본적인 문제 해결은 오랜 기간 누수가 되지 않도록 오링(2)의 수명을 연장시켜 반 영구적으로 사용 하는데 있다. 그리고 필요시 슬리버(1)와 오링(2)을 교환하여 밸브를 영구적으로 사용가능 하도록 하였다.As a result of the new application of the sliver (1), as compared with the conventional valve, the frictional force generated during rotation has been reduced by more than 10 times, and the degree of wear of the O-ring is also reduced by more than 10 times.
