Abstract

본 고안은 일반적으로 사용되어온 사용후의 비누보관시 문제점과 사용할 때 손에 느끼는 불쾌감과 경제적인 효율성에 고안의 착안을 두었다.The present invention focuses on the problem of storing soap after use and the discomfort and economical efficiency of the hand.

비누를 사용한 후 바닥에 습기가 있는 면(2)이나 물기가 채마르지 않은 비누의 밑면을 도1과 같은 모양으로 바닥면(2)에 공간없이 밀착시켜 두었을 때 물기가 오래갈 경우 비누밑부분(3)은 허물어져 물컹거리면서 사용할 때 손안에서 혹은 세탁할 때 옷의 표면에서 허물거리며 짓눌러 떨어지며 물기가 마를 경우 바닥면에 붙어서 잘 떨어지지 않는 이러한 일반적인 현상을 방지코저 비누와 상호작용하여 변화시키면 접착력이 강하게 되는 물질인 양초덩어리(일명 파라핀)에 온도를 가하여 녹인 양초덩어리(일명 파라핀)액을 비누 밑면의 다양한 구조에 대한 모양에 따라 일정한 부위에 홈을 파서 넣는 상감방식으로 적당한 두께로 알맞게 도포(코팅)처리한 다음 서서히 식히면 고체화되면서 비누와 강인한 접착(6)이 생겨 도3과 같이 밑면이 물기가 스며들지 않게 구조를 갖춘 비누가 된다.After using soap, when the moisture (2) on the bottom or the bottom of the soap is not dry, the water will last long when the bottom surface (2) is in close contact with the bottom (2) without space.
