Abstract

PURPOSE: A car FM transmitter supporting a sub woofer and handsfree is provided to implement a 4.1 channel(or 5 channel) at a low cost and allow a user to enjoy music of a mobile phone through a car speaker. CONSTITUTION: The first coming stereo input signal is divided and transferred to (an external stereo input connector(1) or a handsfree connector(2)) an FM transmission IC(Integrated Circuit)(5) and a sub woofer filter(4) (or a center filter(11)). The signal coming into the FM transmission IC(5) is transferred to a car radio after being filtered and modulated. Selection of the sub woofer filter(4) or the center filter(11) is determined through switch selection. The signal transmitted to the sub woofer filter(4) is low frequency-amplified and is transferred to a driver through a speaker(8) after going through an amplifier(7). When a handsfree cable is connected to a handsfree jack(2), a voice signal outputted from a mobile phone is transferred to the driver. When the driver speaks to a microphone connected to a microphone jack, a voice signal of the driver is connected to a handsfree cable through a low frequency filter and then transferred to the other party.
