Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a wood ballpoint pen, in which an external cover is made of bamboo or paper as rolled and adhered to increase the strength and is coated. CONSTITUTION: The wood ballpoint pen comprises a press button of steel materials; an external cover of wood(bamboo) or paper of many folds as adhered by adhesives to increase the strength; a lower part being made of steel materials; a core of the ballpoint pen with an oil containing portion made of paper of many folds as adhered by the adhesives to increase the strength and coated so that the oil is not permeated on the paper and flows down; and a lower part of the core being bent by steel materials.

필기도구 생산제조 기술분야이고 종래의 기술로 많은 필기 도구가 생산 유통되고 있으나 모두 프라스틱 재질로 되어 있어 버렸을 시에는 쓰레기로 된다.Writing instruments production and manufacturing technology and a lot of writing instruments are produced and distributed by the conventional technology, but all are made of plastic material becomes waste when discarded.

갈아끼워 쓰도록 볼펜심만 판매되고도 있으나 대개는 갈아끼워 사용하지 않고 버려지게 되므로 문제가 된다. 그러므로 아예 나무와 철제 종이로 만들게 되면 쓰레기화 되어도 썩어 없어지거나 불에 태워도 공기오염은 안된다.Only ballpoint pens are sold to replace them, but they are usually replaced because they are discarded without being used. 우선 볼펜의 외피는 대나무나 종이를 말아 접착제로 붙여 강도를 높인 다음 외피외부에 코팅처리를 하고 볼펜의 하부는 철제로 만들고 상부의 누름 버튼은 나무로 쇄공하여 만든다. 내부의 볼펜심은 역시 종이로 말아(여러겹) 접착제로 접착하여 만들고 내부쪽에 코팅처리 하여 볼펜오일이 종이에 스미지 않고 잘 아래로 흐르도록 한다.First of all, the outer surface of the ballpoint pen is rolled with bamboo or paper and glued to increase the strength.
