Claims (2)
- 그라운드 기판 위에 유전체가 형성되고 그 위에 방사패치가 형성되어 있는 마이크로스트립 구조를 이용한 패치 안테나에 있어서,그라운드 기판(100) 위에 유전체(300)로 구성되고 그 위에 공진 길이/4를 가지는 방사패치(200); 및안테나 사이에 흐르는 표면파를 저지하는 상기 방사패치(200) 외부에 위치한 포토닉 밴드갭 격자(400)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 포토닉 밴드갭 구조를 이용한 내장형 안테나.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 포토닉 밴드갭 격자(400)는 마이크로스트립 라인 구조로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 포토닉 밴드갭 구조를 이용한 내장형 안테나.
