Claims (9)
- 다수개의 램프들이 장착되며 적어도 두 개 이상의 가이드돌기가 형성되는 보텀커버와,상기 램프에서 생성된 광을 반사시키며 상기 가이드돌기에 삽입되도록 가이드홀이 형성되는 반사시트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 램프에서 생성된 광을 확산시키는 확산판을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 다수개의 램프들을 램프군으로 나뉘어 수납하며 상기 반사시트 상에 위치하는 램프홀더와,상기 확산판에서 출사된 빛을 이용하여 화상을 구현하는 표시패널과,상기 표시패널이 장착된 가이드패널과,상기 가이드패널과 표시패널을 감싸도록 형성되는 탑 케이스를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가이드돌기의 높이는 상기 반사시트 두께 이상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보텀커버는상기 가이드돌기가 형성되는 바닥면과,상기 바닥면에서 신장되어 상기 바닥면과 소정 각도로 경사지게 형성되어 서로 마주보는 경사면으로 이루어지며,상기 바닥면과 측면을 제외하고는 오픈되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 보텀커버는 스크류에 의해 서포트사이드와 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보텀커버와 반사시트는 양면접착테잎으로 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 반사시트는상기 보텀커버의 바닥면과 대응되는 제1 영역과,상기 보텀커버의 경사면과 대응되며 상기 제1 영역과 하프컷팅라인을 기준으로 경사지게 형성되는 제2 영역으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 반사시트를 보텀커버 상에 조립하는 방법에 있어서,상기 반사시트의 가이드홀을 상기 보텀커버의 가이드돌기에 삽입하는 단계와,상기 반사시트와 보텀커버 사이에 형성되는 접착제를 이용하여 상기 반사시트와 보텀커버를 접착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈의 조립방법.
