Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a dry dust collector. More specifically, the present invention allows the cylindrical filter cloth unit to be individually replaced when the bag filter is partially worn in the dry dust collector, thereby overcoming the disadvantage of the prior art that the entire bag filter set must be replaced even during partial wear. It relates to a dust collector having a cylindrical filter cloth unit that can improve the dust removal efficiency.
일반적으로 산업에 널리 이용되는 집진기로는 VIP(Vertical Integral Purse) 집진기가 있다. In general, a widely used industrial dust collector is a VIP (Vertical Integral Purse) dust collector. The VIP dust collector is improved by the MBP dust collector, which is the upper discharge method after the lower collection, and adopts the cylindrical filter bag dust collecting method (Patent Application No. 1995-080837) improved by the reverse idea of the upper collecting bottom discharge method.
One example of such a VIP dust collector is shown in FIG. 1 as a partial cutaway perspective view. Referring to Figure 1, the conventional VIP dust collector is provided with a hopper 108 at the bottom while forming a housing 100 of a rectangular cylindrical shape. The dust collector sucks mixed air including dust and the like through the suction pipe 102, and the sucked mixed air is filtered by the bag filter set 104 made up of a plurality of filter cloths so that the clean air is passed through the exhaust pipe 106. After collected in the collecting unit 116 is discharged to the outside through the exhaust pipe 118 through the blower 118. On the other hand, foreign matters such as dust filtered out of the mixed air are loaded into the hopper 108 and then discharged by the discharge means such as the rotary valve 110. Meanwhile, the compressed air supply pipe 112 is installed above the bag filter set 104 to be connected to the air compressor 114 outside the housing 100.
However, such a dust collector has the following disadvantages. Since the bag filter set 104 has a plurality of cylindrical filter cloths, that is, bag filters connected to one as shown in FIG. 2, the entire bag filter set 104 should be replaced even if only one cylindrical filter cloth is damaged. This increases maintenance costs and time.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and the cylindrical filter cloth unit can be replaced individually when the bag filter is partially worn, so that the entire filter cloth set must be replaced even at the time of partial wear. It is an object of the present invention to provide a dust collector having a cylindrical filter cloth unit that can overcome the disadvantages and improve the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter.

On the other hand, the feather 30 of the venturi 28 is illustrated as a disc but may be rectangular.
Hereinafter, the coupling relationship between the bag filter unit 10 and the support plate 32 will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. As shown, the bag filter 16 is inserted into the hole of the support plate 32, and then the retainer 20 and the venturi 28 are assembled as described above. Subsequently, the venturi fixing bar 31 is placed on the venturi 28, and the fixing screw 33 is fastened to fix the bag filter unit 10 to the support plate 32. The fastening of the fixing screw 33 is to prevent the venturi 28 from falling off from the bag filter unit 10 to the high-pressure air injected from the compressed air supply pipe 112 on the upper side.
Hereinafter, the coupling relationship between the bag filter unit 10 and the receiver 36 above the exhaust pipe 34 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8.
The plurality of receivers 36 are arranged in a row above the exhaust pipe 34 and are fitted into holes in the upper plate of the exhaust pipe 34, respectively, and then fixed by appropriate means such as welding and screw assembly. Each receiver 36 has a cylindrical inner wall 38 and an outer wall 40 formed spaced from the inner wall 38. The inner wall 38 is larger than the outer wall 40.
Meanwhile, the bag filter unit 10 coupled as described above is releasably coupled to the exhaust pipe 34 by inserting a lower end thereof between the inner wall 38 and the outer wall 40 of the receiver 36 as shown in FIG. 7. .
In this manner, each bag filter unit 10 is supported by the support plate 32 and the exhaust pipe 34 so as to be releasable.
If the bag filter 12 of the bag filter unit 10 thus installed is damaged or aged, the fixing screw 33 is first loosened and the venturi fixing bar 31 is separated from the venturi 28. Then, the bag filter unit 10 is separated from the receiver 36 and the support plate 32, and then the venturi 28 is removed from the retainer 20, and the retainer 20 is again removed from the bag filter 12. Next, the new bag filter 12, which is not damaged, is inserted into the retainer 20, and the replacement of the bag filter unit 10 is completed in the reverse order to the above-described procedure. This process is distinguished from the prior art in which the entire bag filter set consisting of several bag filters needs to be replaced.
On the other hand, as shown in Figures 3, 7 and 9, the auxiliary exhaust unit 42 is provided inside the exhaust pipe 34 at the lower side of the receiver 36. The auxiliary exhaust unit 42 is composed of a corresponding number of secondary exhaust plates 44 installed below each receiver 36 and a supporting rod 46 for supporting the secondary exhaust plates 44. The auxiliary dust removal plate 44 is configured to improve the dust removal efficiency in the dust collector by colliding air flowing from the upper side. The exhaust plate 44 is firmly attached to the support rod 46 by welding or the like, and the support rod 46 is firmly attached to the housing by welding or screwing.
As described above, since the bag filter unit employed in the dust collector according to the present invention is composed of one bag filter, if one bag filter becomes old or damaged, there is no need to replace the entire filter set as in the prior art and there is no problem. It is only necessary to replace the bag filter in the bag filter unit. Therefore, the waste of the filter is reduced, the maintenance cost is reduced and the operation is simplified.
Although the above has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, those skilled in the art may vary the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as set forth in the claims below.
