상기와 같이 된 본 발명은 도2에 도시 된 바와 같이 내측반호형성형틀( 1 ) 위에 외측반호형성형틀( 2 )을 조립할 때 테두리( 1A )( 2A )에 천공 된 구멍( 4 )( 4A )이 서로 일치되게 포갠 후 상기의 구멍 속으로 볼트( 6 )를 삽입 너트( 7 )에 견고히 조여 조립하면 반호형성형홈(3)이 형성되고 상기의 반호형성형홈의 깊이가 깊은 연유로 유연하게 가열 된 세면대전면부테두리의 재료인 인조대리석판을 밑에서 위를 향해 순서대로 투입 차곡차곡 쌓을 수 있고 또 반호형성형홈 속으로 투입 된 뜨거운 인조대리석판이 일정한 시간이 경과하면 인조대리석판의 열기가 식으면서 굳으면 세면대전면부테두리( A )가 성형되고 볼트( 6 )를 풀고 내외측반호형성형틀( 1 )( 2 )를 서로 분리하면 성형 된 제품을 밖으로 꺼낼 수가 있으며 그리고 세면대전면부테두리의 모든 성형 작업이 완료되는데 상기에서 설명한 바와 같이 볼트( 6 )만 조이고 풀면 내외측반호형성형틀( 1 )( 2 )이 조립되고 또 분해되며 그리고 내외측반호형성형틀( 1 )( 2 )를 조립하면 반호형성형홈( 3 )이 형성 되는 관계로 상기에서 언급한 바와 같이 간단한 분해 조립을 통해 반호형성형홈을 형성하여 세면대전면부테두리를 성형 할 수가 있어 제품 생산을 신속하고 쉽게 대량으로 성형 생산 할 수가 있는 이점을 얻을 수가 있고 상기 성형틀의 재사용도 신속하게 준비하여 사용 할 수가 있는 특징도 있다.In the present invention as described above, as shown in FIG. 2, when assembling the outer half arc forming die 2 on the inner half arc forming die 1, the holes 4 and 4 A which are perforated in the edges 1A and 2A are formed.
